I visited this place with a friend only to use the pool (my accommodation was at different hotel) and I am very positively surprised by the hospitality of the employees. I did not make a reservation before and the there were no other people around. We received grapes and teas on the house which was very nice gesture. The location and the view was mesmerizing. Definitely worth the money! Alcohol is not sold, but they informed us that we can buy from outside if we want and bring at the pool.

As with all the cave hotels, the ventilation in these rooms are slightly limited, but the aircon sorts that problem out. It felt very safe in cappadocia, so we just left our door open (to aerate a bit) whilst swimming in the heated pool or whilst chilling on the view deck.

Amazing hotel and location! The rooms are beautiful and carefully decorated. We loved the terrace and the swimming pool. The staff are great, very friendly and are very helpful in all aspects. We loved it, totally recommend it if you want a beautiful place to stay. 💯💯💯 and special thanks to Emin!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The service they provide is world class. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was exceptional.

I was so enjoyed with my family.Excellent hotel with responsive staff. The room was very nice, and the toilet and shower were perfect.There is an air conditioner, but we didn't use it as the room maintained a comfortable temperature. The internet works well throughout the hotel premises. The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm and appears to be heated. Food was very nice.

Hotel was lovely but has some minor issues that can be easily addressed.
Location is great with walking distance to so many bars and restaurants.
One of the big highlights was seeing the Balloons from the hotel terrace

The hotel was gorgeous.
The best part of my staying was how kind and friendly the staffs were. The receptionist Ensar was very professional and helpful. He help us for booking a tour, arrange shuttle to airport and check the weather for balloon tour. He makes our vacation much easier.
And the Breakfast the great.
Everything was perfect service, attentiveness, friendliness, amenities, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, etc.

Best 3 star hotel ever with 5 star environment. They even provided us with a fruit and nuts tray with the tastiest apple I’ve had. The rooms are spacious with amazing bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfy as well. A bonus is that the WiFi speed was good and better than the other 4* hotels. The breakfast was amazing as well with an authentic local feel. They even have a heated pool!

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with lots of outside seating space and viewing spots to see the hot air balloons in the morning! The room was spacious and came equipped with a full range of toiletries, snacks, water, a tea kettle, etc. Housekeeping was done daily.

Kindness. Very nice and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. The family room bathroom was huge. We had a late flight and they let us leave our baggage their until our shuttle came in the evening. Özge and Muhammad were amazing!
