I was admitted to Ege Med Soke on June 22 2023 with back injury. I was given the very best care possible. My care consisted of over 3 weeks of pain relief and physiotherapy. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone who treated me. The entire staff (Medical, Physiotherapists, Administration. Catering, Cleaning) could not have done more for me or treated me with more kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ege Med hospital in Soke to anyone I know who is needing medical care. Helen Mary Whelan

My partner had back surgery yesterday after having 2 herniated lumbar discs which were pressing on a nerve causing agony. Today he is home, walking and pain free. With great gratitude, I would like to address all the staff of your hospital. I am a tourist from Russia who came to you with a diagnosis of Covid 19. I was in your hospital for treatment in the period from 16.10-28.10 2021. I really want to leave a grateful comment about all the staff and the treating doctor of the pulmonologist Myrat KAYA. Your professionalism, attention and care raised me to my feet! During the entire treatment period, all medical personnel took care of me, cared for and morally supported me, no one remained indifferent to me. Your institution was a lifesaver for me in the period of the most difficult course of the disease. I also want to note the comfortable conditions for staying with you: a beautiful and bright room, a comfortable and always clean bed, tasty and satisfying food. Thank you for your help, my gratitude has no boundaries. Despite the unsuccessful vacation, your country will remain beloved for me and I will definitely return to Turkey because everything is at the highest level: rest and help in difficult life situations!

What an amazing place and fantastic staff!!

My daughter had an accident at the hotel, breaking her front tooth 😥large lump on fore head and nose swollen like a tennis ball.

I was traumatized as you can imagine.

We went to our onsite doctor who had someone come and collect us and take us to this hospital.

I was so scared, hospital in turkey, what will it be like, wishing i was in tbe uk going to our trusted hospitals.

Well if im honest i am actually relieved and glad it happened over there.

We ardived at the main entrance where we had roughly 7 people stood waiting for us.

We had a gentleman tell us that he is there to do everything we need and introduced me to an older gentleman who was the head consultant for all 7 egemed hospitals, he told us that he was actually at home when he got the call about my daughter and came straight back just for her.

They then took us upto an ct scan, then came out and instantly x rayed her nose and then they took her straight into the dental suite to temporarily fix her tooth and xray.

The hospital was clean, professional and extremely friendly, they had quite a calming atmosphere compared to our chaotic hospitals.

I genuinely coildnt thank the head consultant enough, coming back to work late in thr evening just to treat my daughter.

Whilst we were waiting for a car to take us back to the hotel, they stayed with us and talked and shared there lunch.

Also the speed of it all was insane, straight in hospital, escored by a team that stayed with us the whole process, took us immediately into ct scan, xray and dental unit, no wairing around after each process.

I literally felt like we had hired the hospital and team to ourselves.

We were done in just over an hour, luckily ct scan was fine and xray on nose was not broken (thankyou god, we were sure it was)

I couldnt thank these amazing people enough, the hospital put our NHS service/hospiatls to shame.

I do understand that this is classed as private but ive also been private in uk and you dont get a&e treatement and you dont get friendly fast service the way we received!

And i was expecting the worst!

I was sent here by a local doctor in Akbuk for investigations into a throat problem. I was seen by a consultant within 15 mins, who scoped my throat there and then. I was found to have growths on my larynx and was admitted immediately. The operation was carried out 10:30am the following morning! The nursing staff & consultant were extremely efficient, the place is spotless and the care brilliant!

Have used Egemed Soke hospital on several occasions and in each instance have felt very at ease due to their professionalism, knowledge and their relaxed and friendly attitude which gives confidence to their patience. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Gulhan and his staff and a special thank you to Ozge who helped smooth translation issues.

Im Dezember war ich als Begleitperson hier für 4 Tage gewesen. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hat uns der deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter des Krankenhauses, Tanju, begleitet. Sowohl er, als auch das gesamte Personal auf der ästhetischen Station waren stets höflich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns da gewesen. Wir haben uns wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Der behandelnde Arzt war ebenfalls sehr nett und jederzeit für unsere Fragen offen. Meine Mama ist auf jeden Fall mit ihrem Ergebnis zufrieden, auch wenn sie sich noch im Heilungsprozess befindet.
Im allgemeinen können wir das Krankenhaus weiter empfehlen.

Ich war vom 15.4. bis 22.4. zum Mommy Make Over (Lipusuktion, Bauchdeckenstraffung und Bruststraffung mit Implantaten) dort und bin wirklich mehr als zufrieden! Ich hatte vorab natürlich schon Kontakt zu meinem Betreuer Tanju was super unkompliziert sympathisch und freundlich verlief und auch vor Ort hat er sich ab meiner Ankunft hervorragend um mich und alles drum und dran gekümmert sodass alles reibungslos ablief. Er war wirklich 24/7 erreichbar egal um welche Uhrzeit und selbst am Sonntag! So oft er konnte war er vor Ort und hat sich nach meinem Wohlbefinden etc. erkundigt und mir geholfen. Der Arzt selbst ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich sympathisch und professionell ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden! Die Schwestern und auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter (Reinigungskraft, Transferfahrer, Essenverteiler, Cafeteriapersonal,…) waren ebenfalls unfassbar freundlich und haben sich sofort gekümmert wenn man irgendein Anliegen hatte auch hier konnte man sich super auf Englisch verständigen! Das Hotel was Tanju für mich gebucht hatte nachdem ich entlassen wurde bis zu meiner Abreise war ebenfalls sehr hochklassig!
Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einer Klinik mit tollem Standart und super Ergebnis ich würde hier immer wieder Eingriffe vornehmen lassen!

Ich war vor 9 Tagen im Egemed Hospitals und muss sagen, ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Schon in Deutschland die Kommunikation zwischen dem deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter Tanju und mir war sehr beruhigend und professionell. Es waren keine Fragen mehr offen, auch vor Ort jeder Zeit da, wenn man ihn gebraucht hat. Mein Operateur/Arzt Herr Dr. Bekir Zafer Akad weiß was er tut, ein super Doktor und professionell. Sehr liebevoll und zuvorkommend. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich glücklich und würde jederzeit wieder für einen plastischen Eingriff ins Egemed Hospitals. Hier nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Tanju, wie gut das Egemed dich hat...!!!!

Im war Anfang März im EGEMED Hospital, und hatte eine Liposuktion Operation.
Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hat uns der deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter des Krankenhauses, Tanyu begleitet.
Sowohl er, als auch das gesamte Personal auf der ästhetischen Station waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit für mich da gewesen.
Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden!
Auch die Krankenschwestern haben sich immer sehr gut um mich gekümmert, man hat immer ausreichend Schmerzmittel bekommen.
Der behandelnde Arzt war ebenfalls sehr nett und jederzeit für unsere Fragen offen.

Tanyu hat alles sehr gut organisiert, der Transfer Hin und zurück vor Ort hat alles super geklappt und auch als man im Krankenhaus ankam, wurde ich bestens empfangen mit Essen und Getränken, nach 3 Tagen ging es für mich vom Krankenhaus ins Hotel, dies war auch sehr schön!
Man konnte den schönen Ausblick auf das Meer genießen!

Ich bin mit meinem Ergebniss so zufrieden und sehr glücklich und kann das Krankenhaus bestens weiter empfehlen sowie der Ansprechspartner Tanyu.

Ich war Anfang März im EGEMED Hospital, für ein OP vorab habe ich alles über den deutschsprachigen Berater Tanyu geklärt er hat mir alles genaustens erklärt und ich war in guten Händen. Alles lief reibungslos. Wenn offene Fragen waren hat sie Tanyu sofort beantwortet und mit dem Arzt Rücksprache gehalten. Also alles in einem TOP hin geflogen sofort ohne Wartezeit stand unser Transfer da wurden direkt in die Klinik gebracht vor Ort wurden alle nötigen Untersuchungen gemacht wir haben sofort da wir abends gelandet sind ohne Probleme noch etwas zu essen bekommen, Getränke Tee Kaffee alles war da.

Am Tag der Op war auch alles super alle Schwestern Tanyu und der Arzt sind immer erreichbar man wird mit allen Schmerzmittel versorgt ohne nachfragen zu müssen.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles super und nochmal ein großes Danke an den Lieben Betrater vor Ort Tanyu

Rahatsızlığım nedeniyle müracaat ettiğim söke sağlık ocağı aile hekimim dr.asuman nayır tarafından muayene edilerek geniş kapsamlı kan ve idrar tahlili ve batın ultrasyon yaptirmam istendi. Uzun yıllardır devlet hastanesinin acil servisinde hekimliğini sürdüren sn.asuman nayır'ın cabuk ve doğru karar verme yetisine sahip olduğunu bildiğimden hemen yola koyuldum. Tahliller neticesi gözümü söke egemed hastanesi üroloji doktoru op.dr.sn Deniz HOTO'nun yanında açtım. Sn.op.dr. Deniz HOTO sabırla ve inatla beni muayene edip gerekli b.t1,b.t2, mr gibi cihazlardan gecirtip teşhisi koydu"parsiyel nefroktomi"ve açıkladı: bu böbreğin sağ alt tarafında 24mmlik bir tümör ancak erken teşhis ve tümörün altta olmasının benim için bir şans olduğunu ekledi.netice itibarı ile bunun alınması gerektiğini ertelersem böbregimi kaybedeceğim gibi risklerin doğabileceğini belirtti.ankaradan ve çevreden tanıdıklarım Sn.op.Dr. Deniz HOTO'nun Ege bölgesi için bir şans olduğunu belirterek doktora ameliyat için şiddetle önerdiler. Nihayet öyle oldu 13.11.2018 tarihinde ameliyatimdan taburcu oluncaya kadar doktorum gece gündüz defalarca ziyaret ederek kontrol etti.hatta geceleri 22'00 'dan sonra nöbetçi hemşireden telefonla raporlar istedi. Major bir ameliyat olmasına rağmen hiçbir sıkıntı çekmedim. Ameliyat ertesi gününde yürümeye başladım.
