I booked with this company, and after booking, I reviewed the experiences of others who had previously dealt with this company, and some did not recommend dealing with it, and I was afraid of what I would face, but after I arrived and they received me with all welcome and speed in the procedure, my experience was very nice. The car was new. The deposit was reserved during The contract was signed and it was returned on the same day that the car was returned to the office. The price, which is important, was lower than all the rental offices that I browsed. This is my experience in all honesty, and if I thought about visiting Istanbul, this company would be my first choice.

The exact car you want will be delivered clean and at a reasonable price. Everything was planned by PDF files and You have no delays in receiving and delivering the car. My car even had gas and I didn't need to go to the gas station at the beginning my trip. The behavior of the employees was also very friendly , intimate and professional too. Rented out a Volkswagon 7 seater large vehicle and drove around large parts of Northern Turkey. It was a great experience using the car and the process was also quite smooth. The deposit was also returned in time with no issues (at the airport, after a few days of returning the vehicle).

The only thing that I have to say is the car needs to be dropped off at the airport and there is no city drop off (although collection can be done in the city for an extra price). Keep that in mind while planning the trip. Otherwise, its quite a good deal.

Circular car hire is one of the most professional rental car services in Istanbul, Turkey. Our handler was Oquzan and he was very informative and was always there to help us. The car was in excellent condition and the pick up and drop off was very easy and feasible. Will most definitely acquire their services next time we visit Turkey.

The prices are very competitive, and the instructions were more than perfect to get to the pick-up place at the airport. The staff is polite and very helpful. The car we rented was new and in good condition. I have received a special add with my second rental for returning the car early the first time. Responsive team when needed.

I had a really good experience with this company. I am not dismissing that all these poor reviews may be correct, but personally my experience with the company was good, and I suppose it might be true that (usually) it's only those that have a bad or extraordinarily good experience that leave a review, so here's some contrast. The car I picked up wasn't clean on the outside, but that's the only minus. I didn't deliver it clean either. It matched what I had ordered, it drove well, and it was markedly cheaper than the competitors' prices. Yes, the office is a container on the parking lot of the rental cars, but it's a cheap car rental, not an investment bank. I would happily book with them again and save some money.

Great service! The car is not new but exactly what I booked. Nice communication and helpful friendly guys, could also negotiate good rate for longer lease when I had to extend. Recommend!
