Cizgi rent a car Istanbul Havalimani (IST)

We rented a car online from Cizgi for 12 days and drove around Istanbul. We arrived and the car was ready immediately we drove 2600 kilometers around Turkey 🇹🇷 without a problem. It took one minute to turn the car in. The guys were great. Thank you to the workers at IST location.

I made my reservation 2 months before my trip, during those 2 months the representatives of Cizgi helped me with everything and provided any information I needed.

On the day of pick up, the car was ready before even paying the amount. What differs Cizgi from other companies is their integrity, there are no hidden fees, no extra fees that you don't know about, they are clear with every information from the beginning, I didn't even pay a deposit which is a very positive point. Also, there is no kilometer limit.

Very smooth process in receiving and returning the car, excellent and cooperative team. I don’t remember names but they were all great, highly recommended and I will repeat rental every time I’m in Turkey.

I rented for 6 days from 25 Sept to 1 Oct 2023. Booking via Cigzi website just 2 days in advance. I received the Opel Corsa that I booked. Brand new car, drive well & fuel efficient. Paid by credit card. Pick up at Istanbul Airport was quick. Return car process was smooth & quick too. No need to pay additional fee upon return the car. I drove about 1100km. Cost for Benzene 95 was about 2200 TL. I am satisfied and happy with Cigzi.

I used services of Cizgi in Antalya, Istanbul, Kayseri, Diyarbakır, and Izmir around 20 times.
I never had any issues before or after my rental. No hidden fees. Cars are always ready.
I recommend paying in advance on their website to avoid additional hassle on arrival.
I also extended my bookings several times, and I received replies in a timely manner.
Having rented cars from other providers, I can claim that Cizgi offers the best quality-price ratio.

Straight forward rental. Booked on their website. Took out full insurance. Car was almost new. Office just outside arrivals. Collection is from Floor R reached through Park 3 elevators. Drop off straight forward following signs for rent a car.

Summary: I had 3 excellent experiences with Cizgi, and the fourth was trouble some due to damage cause by the previous cutomer.

During my recent car rental, I unfortunately did not notice a tire damage that had been caused by the previous renter. This became apparent during my trip, and when I reached out to customer service for assistance, I found them unhelpful in resolving the issue I had encountered on the second day.

However, I must commend Onur, the representative at the airport, who had been consistently helpful and professional during my four rentals. Onur went above and beyond to assist me in resolving my issue, showcasing his commitment to providing excellent service.

While Onur's assistance was commendable, I believe there is room for improvement in the customer service provided for technical issues. It is crucial for rental companies to ensure that their customer service agents are knowledgeable and capable of addressing and resolving issues promptly.

In light of my experience, I would advise all customers to inspect the car body and tires thoroughly before accepting the vehicle from any rental company. Some customers may try to hide damage caused to the vehicle, which can create significant trouble for the next renter.

Overall, while I had a mixed experience with the customer service provided during my trip, Onur's professionalism and assistance were noteworthy. I hope that the rental company takes steps to enhance their customer service for technical issues, as this would greatly improve the rental experience for customers.

Great fast reply via whatsapp,asked a few questions and booked online few months in advance..Finally landed Ist airport went counter settled paperworks,directed to carpark..car already ready to go..Citroen C5 Aircross..wat a car ..2655km , 8 states and 3 full tanks later we returned it at airport,hassle free..off we go.Thank U Cizgi...u da best car and best service..We wil be back for sure next summer....🙏

My first car rental abroad was last year June with Cizgi for a week from Izmir to Istanbul. It was zero hassle, got free upgrade, no attempt to sell anything extra.
This year booked from Istanbul airport for one week. No issues at all, no free upgrade this time though :D
Both times booked car was available.
First time I got Peugeot 5008 upgrade from 3008 and I had booked Citroen C5 Aircross this time. Both cars were fully loaded with features/optional extras, such as High Beam Assist, Lane change warning, Lane Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Assist/Avoidance mechanism, Panoramic Sunroof and many other.
Good experience overall and will surely book with Cizgi in future.

Warning! This location is not the correct location of Cizgi on Google maps! I went to thos location and realized that it's fake! There is no car rental over there!!! I just spoke with Hikmet from Cizgi and he explained that people might be taking advantage of Cizgi's reputation. The only location of Cizgi around IST airport is within the airport, not this location. The phone number here is not correct neither.

During trip i was charged wrong type ticket at highway and i continued my travel
once ticket was sent to cigzi customer service called and informed that i have been charged wrong don't pay and they corrected the amount with consultation of police and I paid the fine at delivery easy

You have both options to pay in cash or credit card. Note they don't require deposit money which is very convenient for foreigners who worried when their deposits will be returned
Also used their HGS(for high toll payments) we didn't pay single tax on our 2500km journey all covered in 30 euro

travelling to IST in few weeks. Read a lot of horror stories with Rental companies at IST. After reading the reviews and also the sample size of the reviews it appears this company is best of the lot. Looking forward to a pleasant experience once we arrive at IST. Will definitely update the review after handing over the keys back.

Naciye is very nice girl. Looks pretty. And she did very good job to explain everything to me in English with Google translate. I understood completely about the terms and condition. I will gove 5 start for her.

I rented car from this company twice and both times I was so happy with condition of the cars. They provide unlimited milage on their cars and I can insure you the got the best prices in turkey.

I have travel to Istanbul in February. I have forgotten to write a review about this car rental company. I have approached the office after I have landed in the airport was greeted by a member of the staff Mr Fatih, who was very friendly. Very helpful at the time I needed a medium size car he has given me an automatic dacha duster Which I was very pleased with I rented for five days on the third day, the car suddenly stopped working (which after few minutes it restarted) in the old town Istanbul basically heart of Istanbul. I have gave them a call and this was about six in the evening and they usually close about eight and they have given me an option, said if you come to the nearest branch at the central location which was very close to my hotel, they said they would be able to do an immediate swap, however we had bookings and it wasn’t possible for me to go on the same night so I went on the next morning. They have done a rapid swap for me and got me on my way with a same model car. Unfortunately there was the earthquake in Istanbul this was a day before the big earthquake in the south east part of Turkey which shocked the whole world, as soon as we felt The 3.7 magnitude shake we have left the hotel 3 in the morning and I have given the car back to them quite early. Which later they have reimbursed the money back to my card for giving the car back early, I can’t say anything to fault them. They have been helpful. They have a good service. There was an issue which was immediately solved For this reason would I rent from here again!? if I go Istanbul I definitely will. However each person will have different experiences. This has been my experience when renting from rental companies always rent at your own risk and be always aware. How you drive the car whether you will get fines or take wrong turns that is your responsibility but this applies to any country. so my customer experience has been this a positive one.
