Rooms are nice and very clean. Food was great! I can not think at something that I didnt like.👍🏻

The hotel is new, very nice facilities the room is miy comfortable, with comfortable bathroom and shower. The bed and pillows are ideal for rest.
The view from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast and dinner have a variety of meals in wl buffet but the price of wines is a bit high, the cocktails are ok.
The only problem is when you arrive in a group they only have 1 elevator and uploading the suitcases to the room is complicated or you wait very long time or you go up the steps.

I got the spa treatment here from a my tour guy, Asim and it was one of the best bath and massage I've ever had! So relaxing, unique, and amazing. I can't recommend enough from this place.

I really like this hotel, it is located in the Capadocia area and, even that is small hotel, the rooms are almost new, they are very well maintained.
This hotel is located very close to the Ballons area.
They offer breakfast and dinner in the 4th floor and it is a very complete menu, they just don't include the drinks at dinner.
The only thing that I could say is that there was a bad smell that came from the bathroom, seems that the smell was coming from the drain from the shower.
Other than this I could say that this is the best option in this area.

Great hotel in Capadoccia, the location is so good and also the views from the restaurant OMG!!! I HAD A VERY NICE BREAKFAST watching the Ballons floating around!! Its was very nice and clean!!

They have a politic to help street dogs and cats, when you not finish your food in the restaurant they give it to them
They adopted a dog called Anja (Ann/ee/a phonetically) who used to be a street dog
The food is incredible and staff is veeery professional
Also people from this region is more warm and friendly rather than let's say Istanbul

Standard hotel, not cave, but price is valuable :) full of Spanish speaking tourists, I was surprised.

Everything is fine except high noise from the bar
