Cappadocia Caves Hotel

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is truly amazing with easy access to all the restaurants and shops in the area. The service was impeccable 10/10!! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

One standout feature was the convenience of being able to purchase all the Cappadocia tours right at the reception desk. It made planning our adventures in the region incredibly hassle-free.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I know for sure that when I have the chance in the future, I will definitely be returning to stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is prime. The service was 10/10. It was great they offered breakfast and had a pool. Lot's of room on the terraces to watch the balloons. The only downside was the size of our room, it was very squishy for myself and my friend with our suitcases. But I assume that's a one off. One time we asked for a taxi but they just drove us to the place (5 min drive), they are also sending my apple watch via mail because I left it in the room. Great service.

Clean but small rooms (double standard room). Good price quality ratio. Nice swimming pool with beautiful outdoor roof terrace. They don’t serve alcohol at the hotel-restaurant. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet

I recently stayed at Cappadocia , and it was fantastic! The best part was the incredible view of the hills. The staff was really nice and helpful, and the rooms were comfy and modern. I loved the food at the hotel's restaurant, and the breakfast was great too. Plus, they have a spa, a gym, and a heated pool. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Great location. Lots of picturesque terraces to see the views of the hot air balloons in the morning or sunrises in the evening. Great variety for breakfast and great views from breakfast terrace. Cozy rooms.

I am delighted to leave great review for the hotel and its staff. You might complain about a bit damp atmosphere in the room (but you leave in a cave), or about slippery tiles or only 15 dishes for breakfast. But the design, terraces, night lights, all buildings nicely fitting into the surroundings compensate for all negatives.

The rooms at the Cappadocia Caves Hotel are unlike any other I have ever stayed in. Carved into the rock, they are cozy, comfortable, and exude a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail is impeccable, with traditional Turkish decor and modern amenities seamlessly blending together. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the en-suite bathroom was spacious and luxurious.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's rooftop terrace. It offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and is the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a glass of wine while watching the hot air balloons float above. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

From hot air balloon rides to horseback riding through the valleys, there is something for everyone. Except for some small details, we spent 3 nights and 3 days wonderfully !
Our cave room was as quaint as it could be, the only minus was the molds and sewage smelled at times. Maybe because they are caves?
The surroundings was fantastic , you can see that the owners spent time and effort, the swimming pool was an amazing extra .
The view spectacular at sunrise with the balloons flying around, the sunsets romantic and beautiful !
Breakfast was Turkish, colorful, healthy and so many selections, a little bland to our taste , though. The staff friendly and helpful especially Madame Ay Segue Cef, I will miss our conversations in French.
The area is so accessible to modern amenities but still traditional when you visit the residential areas.
We got to know one of the owners, Mr. Murat , who requested his staff to prepare our room right away even though we arrived 2 hours prior to check in time , thank you so much!

Such a lovely hotel, the location is phenomenal, staff are very friendly and good breakfast, only downside was the shower which is old and you need to hold the shower head while washing yourself. Apart from that I had a fantastic experience and definitely recommend and stay again.

Can't beat the location! Less than 2 minutes to almost every restaurant and cafe. Rooftop breakfast with views of the valley are priceless. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This is an excellent hotel, great location and rooms are quite unique.
No lift so if on GF you are ok but if on 1st floor staff will help you move luggage.
We had excellent views of hot air balloons in the morning, wake up at about 5.30am and sit on the terrace with a cup of coffee to enjoy.
Breakfast is a big let down, very basic.
No food at the restaurant (apart from odd snacks, tea and coffee) but can order via app for food to be delivered, best pick up drinks from nearby shop and stroll around to find a place for a meal.
This is nothing to do with hotel but taxi rides from Neyeshir airport to Goreme are expensive.
Staff at the hotel are nice and helpful.

For its price, we had a really good stay.
There was good room service and the location is very convenient to love valley and pigeon valley by foot.
The toilet has a heated "ladder" thing so we had a good bath though it was cold.
The beds were more than sufficient. The breakfast was good.
Please support them.
I do hope that provide more toilet paper for family room as they run out everyday.

I had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel! The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of Göreme, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel has a great rooftop terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. I have stayed there for two nights with my seven other friends.
Room:
We have booked cave suites with jacuzzi and they were spacious and well equipped.
Breakfast:
There were a lot of options for breakfast be it fruits, spreads, bread, juices, tea, coffee, cakes and dessert.
View:
They have got a beautiful view of balloons from their terrace and we have clicked such beautiful pictures.
They also have a nice swimming pool which looks beautiful when the balloons were around.

Overall it was a good stay, they helped us book all the attractions and arranged everything at discounted price.

I did not stay at the hotel just paid to use the pool on the last day. After doing the green and red tour and balloon ride I just needed a chill day and this was perfect! 10 euros to use the pool which was chilled to perfection and a great escape from the heat!

The staff were very kind, efficient and helpful.

They do not sell alcohol so allowed us to bring our own wine to the pool and provided us with ice and glasses.

Highly recommend!
