Had a very pleasant experience. Hussein at the counter was very helpful. Allowed us to take the car without deposit as my credit card didn’t work. Gave child seat for free. Return experience was smooth without any hassle. No charge taken for additional one hour. Car was in good condition and we didn’t face any issue.

I had zero problems. Helpful staff, good car, reasonable prices. Office located right when you arrive / baggage claim and pick up / drop off in the parking lot outside.

I am deeply disappointed with the experience I encountered at the Turkey Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport Enterprise car rental return center on April 5th. My interaction with two Enterprise staff members left me feeling exploited and taken advantage of.

Upon arriving at the return center, I followed all procedures, including returning the vehicle with a full tank of fuel ( the policy required to return same amount if fuel, which is 7/8 stated in the pick up form) Despite confirming the car's good condition with the staff, our troubles began when they questioned when we had filled up the tank. Despite our prompt refueling just 20 minutes prior, they insisted we had driven a considerable distance and demanded immediate payment of $150TL in cash or another fuel refill. Reluctantly, we refused to pay and filled up the tank again at a nearby petrol station.

Upon our second return, we were faced with yet another unjust demand. The staff accused us of returning a dirty vehicle and attempted to extort another $150TL cash from us for a cleaning fee. We adamantly refused, as such a requirement was never communicated during the rental process or in our previous experiences with Enterprise in other countries.

The situation escalated when the staff became hostile and threatened us, claiming they would report us and impose even higher charges if we did not comply. We felt the the staffs failed to scammed us for the fuel fee, attempting the second one to scam us again. We insisted to refuse any unofficial additional fee, and insisted on official receipts/documents while documenting the vehicle's condition with photographs for our protection.

We were subjected to extremely rude treatment from the staff, who directed their anger towards us. After recieving sum up bills from Entreprise, we did not found any addidtional cleanning fee! We strongly advise future car renters to photograph and document the condition of the vehicle for their own protection.

Be aware tourists! This place is a scam and I would recommend you stay away. When we returned the car, the main guy -tall bald with glasses (who refused to give us his name) started telling us we had a new scratch which wasn’t on the paperwork. We specifically told him to write it as we walked around the car and he did not mark on the sheet. We should have checked carefully what he was marking and taken photos. He completely lied and screamed at us through his translator and said this is a new scratch. He tried to sell us the insurance before and we refused it and he said before giving us the car that if you have a single scratch you will have to pay for it. He tried to pin the scratch on us just because we didn’t purchase his insurance. Ruined our Cappadocia trip.

The main guy running this is a complete scam. He is looking for ways to take money from tourists. Be careful. This was the worst and last experience for me to use Enterprise. Extremely unprofessional.
