always ask for (Ozel Tutun) from Pitlis, Adiaman.
friendly staff and so cool place with local atmosphere and products.
in winter enjoy the warm local wood heating system.

You can find any kind of tobacco. Here are some books if you want to read. Silent place. And finest tea.

Good and prompt service, I ran out of Heets but they had what I needed, a bit pricey, but I really don't know how much Heets are for in Istanbul so I can't judge. I recommend this place.
