SENZA Grand Santana Hotel

The service is very nice. The food is very good. The rooms are clean. The staff is fantastic, the people are very nice and attentive. Especially Mehmet and Ali, that had a very special attitude towards the customers and they are very nice. Such a good service I haven’t seen in any other places. If you come here, you’ll fell like at home: I recommend it. If you come here you won’t regret. I had a very nice vacation here. Thanks SENZA Grand Hotel and all the people who work here. 🤗❤

First of all-I kindly want to thank for all stuff. People are so very good and helpfull there. It was busy holiday time, a lot of people, but stuff always smile, helping with all your needs, no unhappy faces at all. Animators team just great, boys and the girl doing their best. Receptionists always are ready to help in any questions. Very good place, not in overcrowded city center, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants, when you go out. Rooms are good, common places very 👍, there are some shops inside. Teritorry are big enought, but not too big. Pools just great, my son could not get out of children pool, where are waters slides. Main pool very big, there are also very small one for the youngest ones. Food very tasty, always have a lot choose, what to eat. And the very very special place is terrace, where you can have dinner with amazing view of sunset.🥰

Our stay at this hotel lasted just over a week, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, although some had limited English proficiency, they made genuine efforts to assist us.

The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes we couldn’t even sample entirely during our stay. With the ultra all-inclusive package, we enjoyed three meals, a bistro between meals, and unlimited drinks, including juices, cocktails, and alcohol. I particularly enjoyed the Santana Special cocktail, while the Ice Age cocktail was a hit with the kids.

The beach was pristine, complemented by clean water and convenient access to refreshments. The spa facilities were excellent, offering enjoyable programs at reasonable prices.

Although rated as a 5-star, in my opinion, the standards felt more like a 3-star. Nevertheless, this didn’t detract from my overall positive impression of the hotel.

The only reason for my 4-star rating for the rooms is the location - our 5th-floor room had a direct and breathtaking view of the beach and sea. However, the noise from the road traffic, as well as the lack of soundproofing in the room’s windows, disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortably firm, akin to lying on wood rather than a comfortable mattress.

Despite these minor drawbacks, it was an excellent experience, and I’m confident that during my next visit to this area, I’ll choose to stay at this hotel again.

PS: When heading to the beach, hotel guests have the convenience of using a tunnel, eliminating the need to cross the street, ensuring a safer and more seamless experience.

Trip was awesome,just a bit strange food,but bistro bar was very nice. And a lot of russians,that was irritating,but overall 5/5.

A great all inclusive experience with a toddler end of October for four nights. We didn't expect much but we were surprised with the service, the good food, the amenities and the cleaness.

The great:
There is an outdoor playground, a kids club, a water park with slides, a giant pool, a small kids pool and a direct access to the beach through a short tunnel (so you don't have to cross the busy street).

The spa is super new, the Hamam and massage were really great (masseuse from Bali) and they can do any kind of massage you like. The sauna and hammam are included in the price and the facilities are brand new! Very relaxing atmosphere, very quiet and nice music. Including a tea and face mask at the end.

The food is really great! Yes it might get boring after a week but it is super fresh, lots to choose from and you will never ever be hungry. I wished for more vegetables or vegetarian options that are not salads or fries/pasta but I was ok. There were many fruits and the fresh bread and pancakes in the morning were so delicious. There was also not much Turkish food to try. I would have loved a lentil soup or gözleme! The pizza in the bistro was also delicious. Also here a vegetarian one (not just Margherita) would be great.

The staff, the waiters, the pool cleaners, etc. Everyone was super nice and always smiling and joking with our child. We always felt welcome and it was a very nice atmosphere.

The place was very very clean and there was always someone cleaning. The pool area got rinsed off every evening, the tables during food service were always cleaned, plates taken right away and floor had zero crumbs. The rooms were cleaned daily.

The beach is actually quite nice...yes it has lots of stones but we loved it and had no Sand in our luggage :)

The not so great:
The music at night was a bit annoying. It starts in the afternoon and goes on until midnight. Sometimes blasting so loud that you can't sit outside. The kids play time is at 9:15pm...that is very late and also it was so loud that it was dangerous for the kids' ears. The DJ didn't care much after we asked.

The main language here is Russian...even the receptionist only spoke Russian or Turkish...not much English here but it was ok. But we couldn't meet any people or talk to anyone as it was almost only Russians. Also they all use their phones waaay too much. Even during food times, every child with a devide in their hands and nobody speaks to each other...very sad.

The hotel is a little bit aged...which means carpets or certain furniture could be replaced. Or elevators are super slow. But the rooms were clean, no mold and definitely freshly painted. So it was not a big deal. The beds were also comfortable and the sheets were very fresh.

The hotel is right at the main road (like all other hotels too) that is very busy...so if you book ocean view you still have the giant street in front. Try to book a room higher up! We were on the 5th floor and it was not too loud.

Overall we highly recommend this place, especially out of season we enjoyed it very much! If you have kids then for sure as well :)

The bistro in the part near the pool is excellent, the service is very friendly and the food, despite being from a hotel, is incredibly good. Mr. Sekan Turan has everything under control and dealing with him is very kind, efficient and friendly. The place is very clean and the kitchen is very fast. the only criticism is that the staff do not speak much English, but there is always someone who can help. The a la carte fish menu is truly amazing. Don't forget left a Tip!

Good Hotel, good location - close to the sea beach. Good service on "all inclusive" level, wide variety of meal in restorant, bar and bistro. Friendly staff. We stayed hear for 6 days and very liked this, only good memories. Beautiful place!

delicious dishes are super. Bistro Cafe is open until morning. We would also like to thank Mr. Serkan. Everything you want is within walking distance. City center. When you get up in the morning, you can enjoy the blue color of the sea from the balcony.

The hotel is in good location, very close to sea and about 7 km from Alanya. Hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean and great for nice stay and rest. What is important, the each room has air conditioning, small refrigerator and balcony which is so helpful in hot, Turkish climate. Food is delicious and alcohol beheverages are tasty. Day and night entertainment were cool, especially nights parties. Bar servis is very kind and helpful. Most of staff are talking in Russian and English. The disadvantage of Hotel is swimming pool working hours (only till 8 pm) and that the Wi-Fi is for fee. Also when you have flight in the morning there is no possibility to eat the breakfast early. To sum up, this hotel is a great place to spend vacation and to rest 👌

I was ther 10 days and i can say was wonderful,the hotel was beautifull the rooms clean ! The location was perfect !i want to say thank you to all animation for the great job they do !sepecially to ( BORA & jams) i will go back for sure

It’s fun, reasonable , and cozy place . We had a 7 fabulous day in here. Sergen , Zeynep , Berkan were extremely friendly. Kitchen was healthy and presenting unique tastes of Mediterranean and Turkish cuisines, Pide was always great I had to take a few slices every meal. Entertainment team was entertaining 🤙🏽 we definitely come back again ! Thanks for everything!

So, interesting hotel.
Near location to any interesting places (Dim chay valley and etc), and so far to another most famous places to visit (like pamukalle).
Clean and warm (in compare Antalya or some other west resorts) sea.
Good diverse food, medium quality alcohol, to old rooms.
But the price (especially on end of season) will make you happy:)
