I do not know has the owner has changed, but the policy certainly did not. My wife liked the chicken burger (at the time), the wine was fine. Excellent location.
The BIG, BIG drawback is they open late, we tend to eat at noon and there are more then enough good restaurants around (we are residents). So we went there one time (perhaps with another owner, but after that not anymore (nothing special to compare to other restaurants in the area and they open late (I suppose for tourists only). Last remark why is there no menu on display outside (are you really afraid somebody steals it (all the other restaurants have it outside (also off business hours))
