Good pizzas, but very often out of ingredients. Even without customers, it takes a long time to get the food.

The pizza's are better than EG Domino's in my opinion. However, the service is horrid. The staff is impolite, non smiling, barely pays attention to the customers and are just chatting along with each other rather than focussing on their work. It's very close to my home so I have been here several times and each time it's the same. People I know say the same as well. Great pizza's, horrible service. It's almost like they get absolutely no training in how to deal with customers. I've seen a pizza standing on the Pick up spot for over 10 minutes because they don't really call out and don't care of nobody comes to get it. Dirty tables take forever to be cleaned. There no smiling to the customers, no thank you after placing your order, not even a thank you after a tip, simply no effort from the people who are the face of your company.

I will keep going there, but a lot less then originally intended. We were happy a pizza place was coming so close to us. We tend to eat fast food once a week or fortnight and would've gone here the majority of that time. I will not do this and only go once or twice every few months instead and keep going to other pizza places for the rest of the time. If I see a significant improvement in the staff's work ethics I will change this review.

Yemeksepetinden sipariş verdim . Pizza hut ın ürünlerinlerini çok severim ancak daha önceden de başka şubelerden aynı siparişi verdim. Hiç bu kadar az koyulduğunu görmedim. Keşke bir kaç tane daha alsaydınız içinden . Bu sipariş için verdiğim paraya üzülüyorum.

Leider kann ich nur wenig Sterne geben, die Pizza schmeckt nichtmals annähernd wie in Deutschland oder woanders...ja anderes Land und andere Geschmäcker, aber es hatte null Geschmack... ich hatte Chicken BBQ bestellt mit Cheesy Crust...es schmeckte aber nicht so....der Teig war nicht ganz durch...total labrig...nur Tomatensauce und es gab ein Gewürztütchen dabei, das hatte an Geschmack gar nichts gebracht und vom BBQ Geschmack war gar nichts zu schmecken. Leider würd ich es nicht mehr besuchen

Pizza viel zu teuer, geschmacklich langweilig und zu wenig Käse. Kinderhochstühle waren leider nicht vorhanden, ebenfalls waren nicht alle Getränke der Speisekarte verfügbar. Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich und bemüht. Daher 2 Sterne. Werde zukünftig aber wieder andere Pizza kaufen. Keine Empfehlung also von mir.

DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA HUT.. Ordered 4 pizzas from here and walked across the road to my apartment where my family was waiting. I get in and open the boxes to find 2 pizzas are fine and the 2 margaritas are burnt badly… My wife decides to take the 2 back with the expectation of them being swapped for 2 new ones… She is told she can not swap them as she took them away, apparently if she checked them there she could of swapped or refunded.. She was even told “Thats how they come”.. she then gets told bring them back tomorrow when the manager is in. Worst service ever.

This pizza is nothing like pizza hut , same problem with places like dominoes or little ceasers across turkey. Just bad in all ways possible. Who gives these guys franchise licenses? They are butchering the name and taste of these american brands.

Ordered online and waited 2 hours, nothing happened and i could not contact the restaurant. When i have called the customer support they told me that restaurant cancelled my order just 10 mins after i ordered and no one bothered to inform me. Thanks for a horrible movie night experience. Never again.
