Amazing stay. Felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. I think it should be rated a 5 star hotel. They give attention to details. They were professionals and treated us like real guests and not just greedy for money. All staff were amazing particularly Zafer and Fatih. Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds. Couldn't ask for more. And it was Ramadan and we were fasting so they provided us with sahoor(meal before dawn) instead of breakfast and woke us up also for it. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Otelde 2 gece konakladım. Telefondaki rezervasyon konuşmasından otelden ayrılana dek herşey gerçekten mükemmeldi. Açıkcası öncesinde Düzcede büyük bir zincir otel aradım. Olmadığı için yorumlara bakarak buraya geldim, iyi ki de gelmişim
Öncelikle konum çok iyi. Hem otoban çıkışı hem de merkezde. Personel çok kibar ama daha önemlisi sizi memnun etmek için uğraşıyor. Oda çok iyi bir 4 yıldızlı otel ayarında.Temizlik üst seviyede. Sessiz ve sakin. Kahvaltı son derece yeterli. Aklımda kaldığı kadarı ile restoranda Batuhan bey, resepsiyonda Rabia hanım ve diğer arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederim. Belli ki yönetim de otelcilik konusunda tecrübeli ve titiz.

İlk kez konakladigimiz bir oteldi. Öncelikle personellerin güler yüzlülüğü ve nezaketinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. Temizliği ve konumu açısından hiç düşünmeden tercih edilebilecek bir yer. Konforu ve huzurlu bir mekan olarak fiyatından fazlasını hakediyor. Ayrıca belirtmek istiyorum kahvaltıya uyanamayan misafirlerine tüm nezaketleriyle kahvaltı ikram eden düşünceli insanlar. Annem bir gece kaldı ve çok memnun kaldık odalar tertemizdi fiyat uygundu ve lokasyon iyi bir yerde. Ben Rabia hanımla ayarlamıştım odayı sağolsun çok yardımcı oldu bir daha hiç düşünmeden kalabileceğimiz bir otel.
