Butterfly Balloons

Got it on a suggestion by one of the hotels we stayed nearby in. It was a great experience from start to the end.

a bus fetched us from the hotel in the wee hours, brought us to their office where registration and indemnity forms etc were done in an organised manner. there was also free breakfast .. basic stuff but thoughtful considering it was early in the morning.

briefing was also done well. pilot was really experienced and brought us low (at some points of the journey) to have a really great view of the place. fantastic view and pilot was kind to enough to help us take pics as well.

ended off with champagne and medals handed to each of us as a memory of the trip. we could also take pics inside the deflated balloon at the end.

would really recommend the company for a great hot air balloon experience! :) our pilot was Mehmet!

What we learnt about selecting hot air balloon tours:
- although the price was abit higher, we were paying for an experienced pilot who was able to fly close/low when needed for us to have a close-up view.
- we were in a basket of max 16 pax. yes you can pay lesser and squeeze with more pax but your view will be compromised. we had less then 16 pax eventually and our view was great for photo-taking.
- consider this if you wish to propose, the view is awesome! :)
- avoid dresses or skirts as you need to CLIMB INTO the basket and it can get really cold in the morning so bring a jacket.

Reasonably priced and lower basket capacity. 16 pax max (was lucky to get 12), while we saw other companies squeezing more than 20 pax in one basket.

Pilot Ali Riza, who has over 1,400 flight hrs, was super experienced with the way he navigated the balloon for the best views and shots.

Even topped off the experience with a tour inside the balloon and champagne!

Best balloon ride ever. they pick you up in the morning and then they give you breakfast, The pilot was so nice Ziya, he knew what to do he has 15 years of experience. he was so friendly and so knowledgable. once you land then they give you champagne or juice you also get a medal and a certificate. thank you so much for the amazing experience❤❤❤❤

Best ballooon ride ever. They pick you up by 4.30 am from your hotel(no matter the season it’s always cold at 4.30 in Neveshir, you need a jacket), take you to their office, where they serve you breakfast and assign you pilots. You are then dropped off at the balloon ride location. They educate you on the landing and safety measures then off you go. The views were breathtaking. These pictures don’t do any justice at all. After the ride, you celebrate your safe landing with champagne and you are awarded medals and certificates.

Great experience. Breath taking views. Friendly staff. Very skilled pilot Ali Riza, worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Paid 200€ and yes they are the best; well organized from start to the drop off ; very professional pilot and the support team; 16 ppl in the basket, where you have space for more ppl- all took great pics and flight was 1 hour. Definitely recommend ButterFly balloon company

Incredible balloon ride. This is one of the pricier options but if you only plan to only go one one balloon ride and you can afford it, this is the one for you.

Amazing experience! The staff is very kind and helpful. If you book in advance, but the prices drops, talk to the owner the day of your balloon flight, they will refund you the difference! Highly recommend this company! Well worth the money and early wakeup time! Breakfast buffet is okay, nothing special.

Echt een geweldige ervaring. Butterfly Balloons was niet de goedkoopste organisatie, maar n.a.v. verschillende tips besloten we hier te boeken. Dat was een goede keuze. Bij Butterfly Balloons heb je alle ruimte omdat je maar met 16 mensen in een bakje/ballon zit (bij sommige andere organisaties zit je met 28 man in een ballon). En we gingen als allereerste en voor zonsopkomst de lucht in. Voordat je vliegt krijg je ontbijt en na de landing champagne, snacks, een medaille en oorkonde. Gokhan was onze piloot. Hij en zijn team waren ontzettend aardig en professioneel.

The balloon flight was a great experience! Everything happened as described prior. Ziya the pilot was very friendly and informative, he was happy to answer all of our questions and made sure we all feel safe during the flight. It was good to see how much he loves is job and that he is sharing his true passion with us. Definitely recommend!
