Great service and a variety of choice of famous Turkish souvenirs like lokum and bakhlava. However, the price they offer are overall around 2-3 times more expensive than that of shops in the Istanbul city center.

Good selection, but very very expensive. If they mark down jewelry to 50% they'll still make profit and maybe sell some. I can buy the same Turkish jewelry in U.S. for 1/4th price.

Would give them a zero if possible. I bought 5 serving coasters and while buying I asked the lady if they will stay safe till I travel. She told me we are used to packing for travel so please rest assured. She put them all together and wrapped it. I got home and they all are broken just rubbing against each other. $87 worth merchandise just turned trash. Beware of this shop and just stay away to spare yourself.

Bought some shot glasses. €8. Terrible quality. Disintegrated paint on first wash. Manager wouldn't swap them for chocolate when returning them with receipt. Blunt and rude. Never shop here!
