Fullon Hotel Hualien

I stayed here as part of a group tour of Taiwan, and was very impressed. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Staff very courteous and helpful. A little bit of a walk to the old part of town and the train station, but that wasn't a big issue. In short, very impressed with the Fullon

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. One of the better, more luxurious hotels in Hualien city. Staff are friendly and facilities are clean. Stayed in one of the ocean view rooms with a balcony. Its got a neat japanese style toilet with a seat warmer and bidet. Also love the swimming pool

Rooms were clean. AC is good. Nice amenities. Fun game room downstairs with VR shooter and billiards and fuzball. Accessible too . Pool though is outdoor and not heated. Saunas are available

I stayed here for two nights and I enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Anything that we ended up needing was supplied to us (more water, floss, etc.). The room was comfortable and had a patio which offered a nice view of the harbour and the ocean. The rooms were also fitted with nice technological features which included: free on demand movies, electronic do not disturb buttons, chargeable flashlight, well lit room signs. There is a nice gym I used as well. Everything you need is here. Five stars, would recommend.

We were told by a fellow traveler during our stay that this hotel is more than 10 years old, but everything in the hotel looked new to us. Location wise it is a little way out of the central, but this is not an issue since we have engaged a driver-guide. Buffet is good. They also have a spa (三温暖) that charges NT200 for unlimited use during one's stay. Everything considered, we find the rate very affordable.

Laid back atmosphere. Gorgeous view of the sea from the room and the swimming pool. If lucky, you can even catch the sunrise in your sea-view room. Although the gym is small, essential equipment is all there. The sauna is wonderful to relax in after work out or a packed day.

Was very lucky we got upgraded to sea view room when we visited the city. One of the best hotel we stayed in Taiwan, spacious room, comfy bed, relaxing spa, great brekkie and amazing view. Highly recommended and definitely on our return list. Cheers.

Fantastic place, very clean and good breakfast buffet choices. Rooms are nice, and hotel staff very helpful and polite. There are services available such as a pool, sauna, and gym (cardio oriented). Short drive to key locations in Hualien. Hotel views are awesome, with waterfront to one side, and mountains in the other.

Our stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien was during the time the 6.4-scale earthquake landed in Hualien City on February 6, 2018. If we had the foresight, we probably wouldn't be in Hualien in the first place. But we were there, and were so glad that we stayed at Fullon Hotel! During our last night of planned stay there, we were jolted awake by the quake around midnight in our 10th floor room. The first strong quake was followed by significant after shocks. The hotel staff soon started knocking on the door to help us evacuate to the 1st floor lobby. There, we found bundles of towels/blankets and cases of bottled water to help settling the guests. The staff even prepared a van to drive guests who felt the need to be on an open space to the adjacent open lot. We stayed at the lobby for 13 hours, enduring 150+ aftershocks, until it's time to board the hotel shuttle for the train station. But I had confidence the hotel structure would hold and it's the place to be. At 6:30 am, the buffet breakfast was ready, and was as sumptuous as the day before, prepared by workers who came to work on time regardless of their own need at home! Such a well-built hotel, with dedicated and attentive staff! Where else would we rather be at this trying time!! Last but not least, I arrived at the hotel with a nosebleed on check in. Without asking, the staff soon prepared an ice pouch to help with the situation. I knew I was at the right place at that very moment!

Great value and good customer service, will easily recommend to anyone who travels to that place. A little far away (45 mins walking) from the central and night market, but they also offer shuttle bus to make it up. Will come back!

Nice hotel in Hualien with spacious room where customers can enjoy the nice ocean view from the balcony. This hotel also has outdoor swimming pool for its customers.

We had a great time at the recreation center on B1 floor.

I had lunch there with five friends. Their vegetarian foods are very delicoous, and space is very spacious. I highly recommend you to give. a try.
