Clean room and friendly staff. We were caught in a big earthquake and had to leave early. Julie was nice enough to issue us a refund without hesitation. Will stay with them again next time when we are in the area!

Excellent service by front desk staff Julie who is polite, efficient and very helpful from our arrival and throughout the entire check-in process. Very thankful again to Julie who gave detailed suggestions for planning our day trip to visit Taroko National Park. 5 stars hotel service !!

Excellent counter service. Washing machine free for use. Snacks n drink all day long.

Very modern and in the centre of town. Comfortable beds and some good facilities Inc laundry and library.

Google says "budget hotel" but I say this place was luxurious! More costly than a usual hotel but definitely worth the price, the room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. I hate dirty places so I really appreciated the cleanliness. Heineken and coffee were available in the room for free, the second floor had a library and free Americano (with snacks) that were all complimentary. The breakfast was also just as fantastic, a wide variety of food served in a buffet style but without the gross feeling of eating at a buffet, if that makes sense. The first days breakfast was more Taiwanese style with western options as well and the second day was mostly western style options. They switch it up. *****They have vegetarian food for breakfast***** ALSO VERY BIKE FRIENDLY. Overall, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here.

This is the three star that gets five stars. Clean, spacious and modern looking rooms centrally located and within walking distance of Dongdamen Night Market. O. The surface the hotel seems pretty normal but I thought the service from the staff was excellent. They took care of our luggage before check in and delivered them to our room for us. They also called taxis for us and served us in English. Small gestures but it made our busy day of traveling and touring so much easier. The breakfast buffet was closed due to Covid but they supplied a generous three course breakfast take out for each guest which consisted of a sandwich, an American style breakfast, fresh fruit with salad, and a drink. I thought the price was a little high, but all in all it’s worth it.

Great Hotel. The room was very clean and the bed in particular was the perfect mixture of soft top but firm feel. I have a nut and peanut allergy, and I am always grateful when staff are thorough when they check for nuts. At their buffet breakfast, they explained what every dish had in it (and even explained what had sesame and red bean, which I am not allergic too). Good location (15 minute walk to the night market and beach). The hotel also has a shuttle service, which you can arrange in advance to bring you to and from the train station or airport. Thank you for the stay!

Visited Taiwan as part of a bus tour and we stayed at a different hotel every night. This was by far, the best hotel of the 7 that we stayed at.

Rooms were immaculate - clean, comfortable and spacious. Their complimentary breakfast was diverse, tasted good, and well kept. Tables were cleaned regularly and dishes were rotated out when done. Very satisfied with my stay here.

Room is comfortable, clean, and simply decorated. Good bed, and good shower. Price is a little high, but everything is done right.
Breakfast is average.

Love love love this hotel!!! How can this be a budget hotel!!! It’s spacious, cheap, luxurious and modern! The toilets were really clean and spacious! I must say one of the best hotel I have stayed in taiwan! The breakfast served was pretty good too! The staff were friendly and helpful! It’s along a street with shops and food shops nearby! We rented a car and free parking was available behind the hotel! One thing to note is that the parking is really small and compact but of cause we had no issues finding a lot. If I am not wrong there is two parking spaces to park. The staff will direct you to the parking spaces by showing you with a map! Would definitely go back to this hotel next time when I am at hualien! Highly recommended!

Perfect location just walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, night market etc. Breakfast buffet had many options. Room was big and each floor provided drinking water. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and knew how to speak english.

Nice, spacious, and modern rooms. Breakfast buffet is included and there's a lounge on the second floor. You can organize drivers to Taroko with the front desk as well. A double twin room is actually a full bed as well as a twin bed.

Location is good, convenient for visiting the city and having local food. Breakfast is good:)
Reception is friendly and helpful. Also, shuttle van to train station is free with advanced booking.

Recommended, though may slightly pricey compare to other hotels, probably because it is new and in a great location near some of recommended restaurants. This hotel also provide free laundry wash from 7am to 11pm though, especially convenient for those on.long trip.

Nice room, it’s very comfortable for sleeping after a long trip.
The most impressive is its considerateness for 3C users, there are quite a lot of outlets, nearby bed, desk, lounge sofa, enough to charge my laptop, pad, phones at the same time.
And the breakfast full of local taste, Kung-cheng steamed meat-dumpling, Moao-ko black tea, etc.
The hotel would be my first option when my next trip to Hualien.

A chic and cosy place that really makes you want to Just Sleep. They have large and clean rooms as well as library, making it the perfect place to rest for the weary traveller. We also had a friendly driver to bring us in from the local train station!

Very modern hotel. Has a library, and laundry. Outstanding rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Hualien!

This hotel is super clean, great for families as it has a large library and a kids indoor play room. It's well located Central to lots of restaurants, night market,etc
