Hualien County Information Center

Very nice with a lot of information and brochures which can be especially useful for the first-time traveller. Found them to be quite helpful and knowledgeable as well. I signed up for the 东线观光之旅 through them. Honestly it was quite a good and worth it itinerary but the driver had abit of an attitude problem ... when some of us ask questions about pickup location for individual sites, he answered us as though he was scolding us ... baffled me quite abit because none of us were late.

The remarkable service, friendliness & welcome I received here today was fantastic. The staff were all very keen to help with my queries. They even called a visitor attraction I was inquiring about. They were all absolutely genuine & happy to help me. Very well done & thank you very much!! First class English was also available. I would score you all 20 out of 10!!! I hope to call by on my return to the train station to say hello again. I've worked in the food service industry for 30 years & I know good staff when I see them!

I had a very safe and comfortable stay here. The breakfast hear was great, full of variety and very sumptuous !!

位置在花蓮轉運站裡面。
服務人員很親切，資訊很豐富，另外還有行李寄放、置物櫃和充電處。充電處在旅遊服務中心櫃檯的對面。

一句話評價：「漫遊首站，資訊豐富」😀
1、位置：出火車站往右方走，即可看見服務中心。
2、服務時間：早上八點到晚上八點，基本上第一班從西部開來的自強號抵達時，它已經開門服務了😁。
3、資訊：有各式各樣的DM ，分別提供花東旅遊景點、美食、住宿、套裝行程等資訊，地圖不僅有大範圍的景點簡介，更有專門介紹花蓮市或太魯閣的，同時也有多種語言，可以提供給不同國家的遊客😎。
4、設施：有服務台、飲水機、販賣機及洗手間，很適合作為來到花蓮的第一站，大家可以在此看地圖討論行程😁。
5、服務：提供行李寄放及手機充電，頗為方便😍。(不過大家應該都是剛到花蓮就來這，手機應該還很有電，行李也會先送飯店😆。)

花蓮遊客中心位於花蓮火車站旁邊，從火車站走出來右手邊旁邊就可以看到，裡面不大，不過該有的都有，這裡也可以寄放行李，還有手機充電跟電腦供查詢路線資訊，如果在火車站等車還有段時間，廣場沒什麼位子也可以來這裡吹冷氣等待，有在蒐集紀念章的，這裡也有章可以蓋。

造訪的時候不少旅客坐在位子上休息等待，裡面也不少旅遊資訊可以看，也有簡介可以拿取，服務人員滿熱心的，這點很加分，然後花蓮公車實在交通不便，建議善用這邊的專車服務資訊。

ศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยวฮวาเหลียนจะอยู่เยื้องขวากับสถานีรถไฟฮวาเหลียนค่ะ ถ้าเดินออกมาจากสถานีรถไฟก็เลี้ยวขวาตามทางไป200เมตรก็เจอค่ะ เป็นจุดนัดขึ้นรถบัสรถทัวร์ด้วยจ้า มีที่ให้นั่งรอรถ มีห้องน้ำ มี7-11ใกล้ๆไว้ซื้อของกินระหว่างรอรถได้ค่ะ

花蓮的旅遊服務中心進駐花蓮轉運站，有很多不一樣的貼心服務，而且還可以吃到花蓮的夜市排隊名店的糖葫蘆， 聽說還在小7超商上架，兩個月熱賣了3萬支呢

這次受公司獎勵出來旅遊，臨時寫了一張明信片要給朋友，想說過去火車站有郵票可以寄，但新的站卻沒有，跑去服務中心詢問，最近的郵筒走路要15分鐘，原本已經心灰意冷，服務人員在我要走出中心的時候，叫住我幫我處理了這張明信片，覺得超級開心，為這趟花蓮之旅寫下一個完美的ending非常感謝她，謝謝林ㄩˋㄒㄩㄢˊ同學，非常開心❤

到花蓮遊玩，不知道，問它就沒問題。
