Absolutely Love Jamie Fielhauer she helped me get tires for not 1 but 2 of our vehicles and at great prices ... I was able to get my raideo fixed for my GMC Terrain for a lot less $$$$ then the car dealers were going to charge me ... thank you so much ..

Jamie and Ken did a great job when I came in with a flat tire! They searched for
the exact same tire and had my car up and running in no time flat (pun intended)!

...... blondest moment I ever had so far in this journey of life 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ...... so I thought best one tire and Midas where the same place .....called Midas to reschedule my appointment....they said I did not have an appointment 😡 but they said I can come in at 11.... well I showed up here and said you didn't show up at 8 and you don't have an appointment at 11🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but they still managed to squeeze me in 💯✅(Jamie) is a little special but she gets the job done jk ! She's great 👍

Adam did a wonderful job on my avalanche and Ken has years of experience. Will always go back Also they were much cheaper than the new guys in town.

Excellent group of people. Last year I had two new front tires along with new rims installed on my box truck by them. They had the best prices around, but compared all options I had available. Very helpful and friendly. Plan on using them again in the near future.

Very nice customer service. They do more than just tires and simple oil changes. My check engine light came on and I needed an emissions control part replaced. They were able to get me in within a couple days to fix my car. VERY reasonable prices for parts and labor…$200 cheaper than the dealer in town. I will be checking with them for any car repairs to see if they can fix it before automatically going back to where I bought the car. Also, just an fyi, they have a free tire air pump out front for public use…not usually found now a days.

These guys are professional and get the job done right. Good work at a fair price, I highly recommend them.

I cannot say how impressed I have been with the customer service at Best One in Angola. The owner, Rick, took the time to check my exhaust three times after it had been botched by a competitor. He treated me with dignity and respect each time I was there. I was nearly in tears the third time my muffler work had been mangled, and he took the time to show it all to me, allow me to get pictures and videos, and to explain to me how everything worked and what I should be seeing instead. I will never go anywhere else. Not only did Best One and Rick go above and beyond through what was a very bad situation for me, but they made me feel as if I deserved explanations and attention to detail. I also paid for sway link repairs which were done professionally and efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I will be bringing Best One all my future business including all of my families' vehicles. Thank you so much Rick!!!

What a fantastic business and employees! From prompt and excellent service to their friendly and very helpful staff, Best One literally saved our road trip to DC. KEN-thank you for bringing our van back to life and helping us get my nephew moved to DC on time. Wonderful people and a wonderful place.

Excellent Customer Service while quoting me. Another shop quoted me at $4200 ($2000 cooling system rest extras) wanting to sell me extras and replace my whole cooling system. Stopped into Best One shortly after that quote, service took a quick look in the parking lot, showed me it was only the radiator and not the whole system (not the water pump, thermostat, radiator like the other shop who claimed play in the pulley, absolutely no play in the pulley). Jamie quoted me quickly at $880. So thankful for an honest assessment and quote!!! Other shop was looking to take advantage. Upon picking up my vehicle after repairs everything looks and works great!!! Couldn’t be happier. I would strongly urge anyone in need of car repair to at least get a quote from Best One. Once again Excellent Customer Service and Quality Work!!!

Both Sr and Jr Mr Hursell and Mike gave us the best service, and hospitality at a difficult time during our cross country drive. Not only did they accept us after hours, but Mike also took the time to find the correct tire for our unusually sized wheels, and carefully repaired our wheel, so we didn't have to spend a lot of money and were able to continue on our journey. They took extra time to help us find a hotel in the area that accommodated our cat. They gave us advice on the condition of the roads ahead of us, and all around showed us great hospitality! They made what could have been a really difficult day really enjoyable!
