$20 an hour rental we got 2 runs in and still had ten mis to spare. Line is long but moves super fast. Hit 33 mph . Ride was pretty smooth minus one rough bump in the middle of the right lane. I would definitely come back here.

Traveling 2.5 hours for the toboggan run was initially a concern, but it turned out to be the most enjoyable family experience! Our 7 and 9-year-olds had a blast, and the effort was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone on the fence – give it a try!

Great fun! Refrigerated tracks maintain an icy run (even better on a weighted toboggan). It's a bit of a hike up the paved trail to the top. Beautiful setting.

We rode the motorcycle up there and it was so beautiful and peaceful and free to get in. Was a nice time. Fall colors were amazing.

So much fun! Two different toboggan weight options. We paid $20 for an hour and we're able to get in 4 runs since it wasn't busy. Make sure you have gloves as they are required but it isn't mentioned until you get to the top.

Our kids loved this! There are very few occasions where I can say that every one of our kids truly had a great time. All 5 of our kids, ranging from ages 17 to 7 had a blast. The price is quite fair. We rented for 1 hour. We were able to make 3 runs, down plus take a hot chocolate break. Bring good walking shoes, as the 1/4 mile walk back carrying the Tobagan can get tiring. Tobagan ride is a bit bumpy and rough, so I might suggest a thin cushion, to sit on.

What fun! Living in South Bend, I had heard of the toboggan run but had never thought to go until I ended up at Pokagon for a work retreat. The weather was perfect for some sledding, sunny but cold and crisp.

It's a little nerve wracking to ride down because it seemed like we might jump the track but I never saw anyone do it and the hint of danger ramped up the fun level.

The ride is short but sweet and you get a great workout/warmup hauling the sled back up to the tower. I think we went down 5 times in the hour we had allotted. For $10 or so dollars that seemed like a great deal for two people to have a lot of fun.

It's a very family friendly activity with lots of kids riding down on the day we were there.

Highly recommended as a day trip or overnight stay at the lodge in the winter

I came here with 3 friends from high school as a mini reunion. The 4 of us went 33mph according to their sign and even went further than the track. We had so much FUN.

We love the toboggan run! It's an annual tradition with our family... we've been coming for three generations. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are great.

Pokagon's toboggan run is a heart-pounding blast for everyone. Energetic atmosphere amplifies the anticipation as you climb the stairs, then BOOM! You're hurtling down and hoping to break the record speed, screaming with laughter along the way. Friendly staff, manageable wait times, and a price tag that's easy on the wallet make it a win all around. We left wanting more (and plotting our next record-breaking race!). Whether you're a thrill-seeker or a nostalgic kid at heart, Pokagon's toboggan run is a must-do. Just hold on tight and prepare to scream!

This was my first time going to the toboggan run with my family and boy was it a thrill! I was afraid we didn't arrive early enough and would have to wait very long to ride or not get to ride at all. We got to go down twice for $40 but it would've been much better if we got to go down like 4-6 times. However I do agree with other people's reviews about paying $20 to only get to go down once within the hour you are given for that price! Maybe a new system would be better. Overall though like I said, the experience was thrilling! Lastly when you make it down the track you have to carry the toboggan all the way back up. It's not too bad if you're in decent shape and have others to help carry it. But in my case just take a macho man with you to do all the toting.

A great way to spend the day. Family fun in the outdoors. The staff is fast and friendly. The run is zippy fast. Great value and a fantastic Indiana tradition. great here early, the line gets super long, sometimes an hour wait... still worth it.

After a long day of driving, Pokagon provided clean bathrooms, hot water showers, and many many vacant campsites. I visited in late May on a weeknight and it was dead. Very few people camping. Quiet, and delightful. Enjoy Pokagon!

Long time northern Indiana resident for 20+ years and went to the toboggan for the first time with the entire family. We had a great time even without snow. Advise you to call ahead and reserve sleds.

Long wait, definitely get here at least 30 minutes before they open to be in the first 100 people. The ride was INTENSE and the staff were friendly, but those toboggans are extremely heavy
