I love this store! They have pieces that you will not see anywhere else. John, the owner, will take his time and help you find exactly what you are looking for. Great place, excellent customer service!

First visit. Nice, but just not what I was looking for.

I had called touch of lace and ask them if they do bra fittings for crossdressers and they said no they only cater to women so they must not sell nothing two transgender or crossdressers because they don't want to be embarrassed and having a man having a bra fitting or buying lingerie there I think that is wrong they are losing out on a lot of business

John was over the top rude the second we walked in. Apparently he did not like the fact that we appeared unimpressed with his store. We were visiting from the NYC area and this type of store is not unique to us. We never experience such passive aggressive behavior, which turned aggressive before we left, from an owner EVER. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Rudest man I have ever come across just because we didn't like much of what we had he turned very nasty,I will never step foot in there again, shop local they say.. get insulted..no thanks
