We had work done in July, 2017. For the most part we are satisfied with what took place. I have asked twice for the results of the "third-party testing" that is stipulated in the contract, but have never received a reply. Terrell is a chatty guy until you ask for hard data.

The work done was alright at best. The owner, Terrell, took no responsibility for delays and didn't respond to my calls after we had issues a few months down the line. Had to pay other contractor to fix his mistakes.

Looks like I’m not the only one- he needs significant customer service training ASAP. If you like misogyny, mansplaining, disrespect, useless analogies and an overall unpleasant phone experience , then call this man.
