Nice post office that serves the Paoli people.

Im guessing that the terrible reviews are from a different regime..
I have nothing but good experiences there. I do all my evay shipping there.
They even just found a lost package for me.

I had a very pleasant experience today. Deedee or DD (her nickname) on February 11th sometime after 1 went above and beyond. Being a mother with her hands full constantly it was so relieving to receive such a warm welcome and amazing care. Thanks DD, and the man who worked with you as well he was very nice as well.

Never had a bad experience here. Employees at the window are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Small office, no crowds,pleasant employee.

If you need something, go in. Do not call unless it's to ask a basic question. I called to check if I had a package available yet, and the lady that answered said, "Well, I'd have to go look"... Ok? She wasn't interested in helping. Maybe she was just busy. I went in and they tracked my package and informed me it was delayed. Just go in person.

Use to get my mail around noon, now it shows up between 4pm-8pm like what happened?

Very rude employees! The postal staff makes excuses on why mail is not being delivered!! Worst post office I have ever dealt with!!

I took a package to be mailed on Saturday morning, the women working was really Rude, and rushed through my mailing, and NOW my package is LOST
just gone and no one knows where it is or why it got lost, I track it and it says it never left that post office now 6 days in. The women working there yesterday Wed. was some what nice, she looked it up and said it left there but Indy never scanned it, and that I can't file a missing mail post until it is missing for 10 days! There is NOTHING you can do when they loose your mail. It is just GONE... this is SO WRONG!!! WE SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO INSURE ALL PACKAGES JUST FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!!!!

Terrible. Rude lazy people with bad attitudes. My experience was terrible. Post Master a real jerk. Got little mans complex I believe.No use complaining to him, he's just as nasty as the rest
I won't use the post office anymore. We should just do away with them Use the more efficient places. They're old and dried up anyway. This country needs to move on to bigger and better and more professional.

If only I could made it negative the mail delivery people are so incompetent that they try to stick a bed frame for a king in a mail box and but a notice that the package can’t fit and mail box was full instead of bringing it to the house.

Rude, selfish, and downright rage inducing employees. Sub for my road made a trip to my box after i called asking why my mail aint being delivered (been waiting on my license and car title for 4 and 10 weeks respectively) and just took a photo, then left. It is true the usps will hire anyone who has not even half a brain cell.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star the two ladies that were working there are horribly rude people.. pathetic that they get paid to treat people bad. You literally work a 9 to 5 mediocre job have fun with that you’re no better then me. All people deserve respect learn to treat them with it.

Awful, just abysmal, never had a good experience here.
