Flowers by Valerie

I've only received flowers from Flowers by Valerie, so I can't comment on service or ordering. However, as a recipient of many bouquets, this place is exceptional. These are the best bouquets: beautiful arrangements, quality flowers that last seemingly forever, and careful delivery. I included photos of some of what I've received, but the pictures don't do justice. Each bouquet has been stunning.

Recently we used Flowers by Valerie for our wedding. We couldn't be happier with their service!! Mary helped me so much to choose the perfect flowers. Alicia helped my out-of-town sister choose a beautiful arrangement as a surprise for us. The price for the entire wedding flowers was much less than I expected. But the quality was fantastic. The flowers were gorgeous and smelled wonderful! I would highly recommend Flowers by Valerie for any occasion.

My husband bought me flowers here for Valentine's Day. The delivery was prompt and the flowers were stunning! I couldn't have been happier with what I received. My only issue was the flowers did go bad faster than I expected, only 6 days after I received them... They started smelling of rotten flowers. I reached out a representative named Alicia answered the phone promptly. And without hesitation was happy to replace my flowers and also suggested a different type of flower so that they would last longer this time. I am very happy with my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend flowers by Valerie. Thank you!!!!!

First time working with store and experience was excellent. Dear friend had first child and I wanted to have an arrangement sent same day. Other stores charged $15 for delivery. The fee is included in the price at Valerie’s. I could have easily ordered online but I wanted to swap out the stuffed animal so I called the store. The associate was so friendly and helpful. The arrangement was delivered same day and exactly as ordered. I could not have been happier. This will be my go-to florist from now on!

These ladies REALLY out did themselves!! I am beyond satisfied with our corsage I just had to share!! My daughter is very petite and the bracelet for this item fits like a glove. It's definitely not going to spin around!! I will be doing all my floral needs with them!!

The experience was everything I was hoping for when I chose a local florist to send flowers to my mother for her 86th birthday. She’s in an assisted care facility in Indianapolis and has been under quarantine since mid March. I’m in Myrtle Beach so I needed a company to trust. I sure got it through Flowers by Valerie. There was a problem with delivery to the facility and Mary rose to the occasion. She agreed to redeliver the flowers on her way home. She contacted my mother first by phone. The conversation absolutely tickled my mom and to be honest, I teared up after hearing about the laughs they shared. What an amazing experience this has been. Obviously, this review comes with a 5 star rating and my heartfelt appreciation to Mary. What a difference a kind soul can make!

Great Customer Service. My flowers were delivered when I was not home. They were outside on a windy day for hours and got knocked over and some flowers were damaged. I let Flowers by Valerie know what happened and they were happy to send a whole new bouquet. I appreciate it very much, the flowers and service were great.

I have been getting flowers for my girlfriend turned fiancé from here for almost a year now. One of my favorite things to do is order something with a feel or color in mind and ask them to figure something out.
I love the fact that I get a picture of what they’re sending and their humble website design and emails. They make beautiful flower arrangements and that’s all I need to know to continue being a customer.
