Jack in the Box

Back when I first moved to Indiana I went to this Jack in the Box and had a very bad experience. Since then though, this location has pulled itself together and I love coming here and seeing the staff and enjoying any of the new creations Jack himself has to offer. Bring back the bacon cheddar wedges!!

I was here with my mom and children a few weeks ago and returned today. That other day was our first time at a Jack in the Box location and I was curious about how good or bad it was. I had no recommendation or criticism from anybody so I said let's try it. As soon as I walked in with my kids there was this super joyful woman she was actually off work that day and just checking on her teammates she had some small talk with us woth barriers because my mom speaks Spanish mostly and my kids were so hungry .... I had come back from the restroom with my younger and I have a daughter on the spectrum she had to give her a treat and pay for it for us since my mom didn't understand a thing. I ordered as soon as I got back and wanted to pay for the treat but they said no. All of our food was so good. The kids were happy and everything was great. This woman had already left and I couldnt say thank you. Is hard to find people who understand the struggles with a special kid. All the staff there was so kind and understanding. Today my order was really good too. And everybody was polite. Will continue to eat at this location. Thank you for a great experience.

Amazing staff, super friendly. We stopped here after the eclipse and a few of my friends where still pretty inebriated (I was the DD). The staff was so nice and accommodating of there shenanigans. A couple of my friends had never even tried Jack in the Box they where hooked. We ended up buying so many tacos. I wish there was a jack in the box closer to Chicago.

The food here is always hot fresh and made to order. I always get great service and friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

Great restaurant location, I feel like costumer service could improve and scheduling more people in the restaurant. Only 3 employees ran the restaurant which they did great but the did get busy (specially in the drive through)

They took away Jack in the box in calumet city il back in1975 .High school hangout..Had to try...Wow . Even better now..Great tacos and burgers !!! What a flashback !!!!

Drive thru employee was very patient and professional. Food was on point, gave enough sauces, and enough napkins. Give that man a raise!!

Good breakfast food. Very clean place and prompt service. Prices normal. Nice people.

Always on point with custom orders and food. Very good for fast food. Worth going a little out of the way!!!! Burgers are amazing and teriyaki chicken bowl is totally great!!!!

We are here tonight. We stopped in right before midnight. We had a group of 12 people. The dining room was closed, so we drove thru. Where we live, there isn't any Jack in the Boxes and there was people in our car that just had to stop. We ordered for 12 ppl in the drive thru. They were the nicest people, food was fresh and tasted outstanding! This place was 10/10 I highly recommend stopping if you are in the area! Thanks staff! We appreciate you guys so much! The lady at the window was so sweet! Hats off to the staff tonight! You guys rocked it!

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was warm with the right amount of spice. It had tomatoes, lettuce and mayo on it. It was the best spicy chicken sandwich that I've had in a very long time! Speedy service, too.

I love their curly fries. Not to long ago I found out they have egg rolls (my FAV) so if I'm driving I get the 3 piece egg rolls. I go in to eat i get the bacon cheese burger(YUMMMM). The serving crew have always been nice.

It’s definitely a cool place to enjoy outdoor especially at night. It’s just at the corner of the US31 traffic light.

Nice place good food lots to choose from prices are ok👌 I got the mini Taco's and a couple of regular Tacos . The employees are nice .

Drunk cashier, but she was nice, just lots of cursing at coworkers and such. Kept stating she was 61, so she didn't care. Yikes. The manager just watched and did nothing. Night shift.

The manager was so nice and friendly, she welcomed us here and it was cleanest jack in the box I’ve been too across country. Great service from Mandy the cashier as well!
