I check in at 2:00 am got a appointment at 4:00 am out 6:30 am the place Don’t alout Overnight u can check 2 hrs before apoitment or it’s a flying j truck stop it gets full Lots paid parking spaces

Arrived 0940 Apt 1100 Door 1020 Pulling out at 1230. Mind you it’s the 2nd day after Xmas so loads might be coming in pretty light still but just wanted to give a positive review after so many bad ones.. Guard shack was helpful and extremely nice. Just very professional all the way around. And if your really complaining about putting the tandems back like some other reviews. Really? It’s no inconvenience, it’s a tad tight in here but not that tight.

Appointment 5AM. Checked in at 4AM. Got empty at 7AM . Delivering refrigerated foods. Quick Delivery.

My name it’s Donovan H I have my delivery appointment six in the morning. They took me two hours earlier very clean. Please very nice staff. I have no problems is a tight place to back in but you have to turn around in the middle and then make your move I learned during my two months of being a truck driver, respect, kindness get you a long way, thank you very much from Hirschbach🚚

Perfect place my appointment was 4:00 am I checked in 3:40 .they gave me a door by 3:58 .and they finished by 5:45 . The best place I have ever seen here .so fast .

I've had my share of disappointments at Kroger DC's and shared them accordingly. I also want to leave good reviews when I have one. Delivered a produce load on 7/15/23 for a 5:34 am appointment. Arrived 2 hours early and received a door 10 minutes after check-in. The nice young lady came out for my paperwork right after bumping the dock and started unloading right away. Was out the gate at 5:29AM. This doesn't happen very often, but much appreciated when it does. Great job!

Not bad check in. Staging area. Wait for call go to door. They bring ppwrk out. I had no lumper.

No problems here. My appointment was at 8: 30pm. Got here at 6: 15pm. Got unloaded by 8: 00pm. I didn't have many pallets but it was still pretty smooth.

Arrived at 5:15a for 6a appt, no line at checkin, plenty of parking in staging area, called me with a door within minutes, unloaded and green light by 5:40a, yet no one from the dock came to get my BOLs until 6:20a. BOLs back by 6:30a, and I'm out!

I have delivered here several times and it has been very pleasant very quick and very professional. Thank you

Between the hours of 2 am and 1pm the bulllot is open. We only receive 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to 15 min after the scheduled appointment. Any earlier you will be turned away. No parking on lot to wait for your appointment bracket

I was 2 hrs late for my appointment. I was expecting the worst. Got a door within an hour, was out of there within 2hrs total. EVERYONE I dealt with on the property was super friendly and kind... from the check in station people, the lumpers to the check out people.

Well organized took a while to get unloaded but I get detention

These guys were awesome. I parked on the street right infront of them, but unfortunately I set alarm to 4pm instead of 4am and my appointment was at 6am and you can check in 2hrs early. I woke up at 7:20am meaning I was late for my appointment, yet they took the load and got me out within an hour.

Maybe because I had only 3 pallets, but checked in shack @18:30 for 20:00 appt. Got door at 1900. Started to unload before I even gave paperwork. Sent lumper fee via txt at 19:40. Rolling at 19:50.

{they are not that an@l about appointment time… you might have have wait a while but they won’t send you back to make another appointment}

2 hours early. Waited 1 hour pass appointment time to get in been waiting for 5 hours still have paperwork. No contact do not come here find another load unless you have all day to wait or you get paid by the hour.

Many times our experience is based on perception and our own misplaced expectations.

This location was a smooth experience, organized, and timely. We arrived @ 0235 for our 0730 apptmt. We had a door by 0330, were unloaded and on our way by 0725. All interactions were positive for us! However, we did look at reviews ahead of time and just rested in God that he would work it all out for our good so we could get to our next shipper on time. God is good all the time.
