Our rep was friendly and easy to work with. He showed us all of our options and was in no way pushy. He helped us buy what we wanted and needed. You felt you were dealing with someone with integrity.

Cole was fantastic helping us pick out a new mattress. He didn’t rush us, explained all the different types of mattresses offered, current promotions etc. We really appreciated his time and are quite happy with our choice.

We came into our local Mattress Firm at Brownsburg and Cole was the sales rep. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He really wanted to make sure we bought what we needed and he actually listened to us. We needed the mattress set delivered to a rural area quickly and it is set for delivery tomorrow. How great is that? We would definitely recommend this location and Cole as the sales rep.

Visited the store in search of a heavy duty king size bed frame. Cole assisted me in my endeavor and showed me the 3 options I had available and I selected the Max bed frame and was initially told they were out of stock and would need to be picked up at another store or delivered to my home. Upon purchase Cole found out they actually had one in stock and upon attempting to put in my car(wouldn’t fit) offered to drop it off at my house since I only lived 1.5 miles away and had a fellow employee drop it off at my home 5 minutes later. Very appreciative of the customer service provided and delivery of my bed frame. Thanks Cole!!! .

Great experience buying a new mattress. Bel was extremely helpful - went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Even after I changed my mind the next day about the adjustable base I'd purchased with the mattress and then changed my mind again the day after that - he was VERY accommodating and happy to help. All sales folks should have the work ethic that Bel has. If I could give ten stars I would - best shopping experience ever!

I purchased a mattress and later purchased several pillows. The salespeople at the store are very helpful. They make good suggestions but don’t push a sale.

Stephen was great to work with, knowledgeable about the mattresses and really allowed us to take our time in the store trying them out. He also was not pushy, which was nice. We picked out some accessories in addition to the mattress which he was also helpful & knowledgeable about. Great experience & 4 years financing at zero interest.
