On Monday 3/25/2024 I returned to mattress firm store to request an exchange for a firmer mattress and salesperson Bel provided excellent service and information regarding the exchange. Again, five stars great service!

On Thursday 2/22/2025, I phoned the Traders Point store location and was immediately connected to Salesperson/Manager Emerson Allen.

Mr. Allen was absolutely awesome in making sure my order was complete and confirming a delivery date. His kindness and great customer service will always be remembered.

I can’t thank Rob - store manager at traders point and Vicki Stewart- sales- enough for all their help in my recent purchase of a new twin bed, adjustable frame and headboard for my mother moving into assisted living. It was a stressful time and their prompt communication and follow thru was so very helpful. We had a glitch with delivery day and Rob made sure we got the bed the next morning and assured me he was there to help. I’m from GA and I can only hope when my husband and I make our next mattress purchase we will have similar service!

Bel was cool as hell. Lived for the customer and helped get us exactly what we needed and was an amazing person altogether. We could hang out and be friends! Thanks Bel for fixing our sleep

Emerson, the store manager, was AWESOME!! He filled us in on the details we needed to know to select the right mattress and adjustable base. And he helped us get the best possible price for everything!

The employee that helped me was beyond kind! He loaded up the mattress for me which was a lot of help since I did have my two month old with me. I would definitely recommend this location (the traders point location) to everybody in need of a mattress!

I had an amazing experience at mattress firm. This is my first time shopping there. I walked in intending just to look around and go on to the next door to find the bed that I thought I needed or wanted. I've been battling with some pretty bad lower back pain lately and was insistent on getting a good bed instead of just a cheapy bed. My salesperson, ash, showed me a variety of beds and introduced me to one I was unfamiliar with that happened to be on clearance and essentially made me a deal I couldn't say no to. I got an awesome bed at an awesome price with great financing terms. I couldn't be happier. Great products, great selection, great service, and great prices!
