Shoe Sensation

Great place, friendly staff. They did approach me to see if I needed help. (I didn't) found and bought some outdoor shoes, and some polish.
I don't know if there was a reason the cashier asked if I was assisted. Maybe a store policy? Anyway.
The shoe polish works great and is easy to apply, almost no pressure (sharing a few pictures) these are Not the shoes I bought here, I've had these for about 5 years, first time polishing them.

We love this store. So nice that it's in Troy, too! We don't have to go far from the house to find a nice selection of shoes. Usually either the hubby or I, at least one of finds something. Once in a while neither of us does, but the staff is always nice offering their help. Store is always clean.

Didn't have my size, but ordered them to be shipped to my house and said if they didn't fit to bring them back and they'd make it right by me! You can't beat that!
Shoes came in 3 days later and they fit perfectly. I'm very pleased!

The ladies were very helpful and answered all questions. Will definitely shop here again.

Today was the first time I was in the store. Staff very friendly and they carry the larger sizes. Had no problem finding a shoe I like in my size.
