The store appears to well stocked. But notice that some not heavily used (bought) items have been placed on the online only. On tools, I prefer the touch, feel them. So much can be determined by feel when it comes to hand tools. The employees, when approached, are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know an answer, they ask a peer for advice.

It was a great experience having Marc's flooring install like true professionals they are. Christian made it look so easy due to his super knowledge of the process. I would recommend his professional expertise with a 10 plus rating. Thank you again Christian for a job well done above expectations.

Just needed one specific item (4 of the same) as we entered a employee named Wesley asked if we needed assistance. I told him what we were after and he took us right them. And then he went the extra step and went and got us a lumber cart for the boards I was going to buy. Very courteous and helpful.

Bought a washing machine at Lowe’s. Their selection of in-stock washers is awesome, I went to the other home improvement store across town and they didn’t have anything in stock, everything was special order. I highly recommend Lowe’s!

We are redoing our laundry room, and Roel in Cabinetry was patient and thorough of design and what we were wanting for functionality. Excellent!
Kathleen in Appliances assisted us in purchasing a new washer and dryer. She went over the features and helped us through the whole sales process, including helping us get a Lowe’s card for additional savings. Exceptional customer service. And kudos to Assistant Manager Brandt. Great service.

Our washer and dryer was delivered today, and the washer had a scrape on the side, and the dryer made a loud clanging noise. The delivery people had set it up and ran them. When we heard the dryer, the Delivery driver had me call Customer Service and they immediately reloaded the dryer back on the truck to return it. Customer Service had a store manager refund it, and we went back in to reorder.

Kathleen was there with a smile, and helped us get through the reorder process. Did I say, with a smile! She is awesome! Lowe’s is very lucky to have her!!!

Used online to order. Came to pickup window. And the pleasant folks gave me my items. 1,2,3 out the door. Quick and pleasant - no fuss or anything.

Last two times I visited the Wentzville location at the garden center. Great selection of flowers.

They had the items that I needed for a fair enough price. The associates were all very helpful, friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Labor Day weekend my mom
( who is old and in a wheelchair chair) and I went in to purchase a dishwasher and microwave. They were busy but Alyssa saw that we were waiting and stepped up to help us and what a great help she was. She answered all of mom's questions and helped her save over a hundred dollars. Yesterday I went in to purchase a small freezer and as we walked in I said to my mom, "I hope Alyssa is working" and sure enough she was. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and also saved me a few bucks by signing me up as a Valued Customer which comes with a few perks. $20 for delivery, can't bet that. Thanks Alyssa for all of your help with moms appliance and with my freezer. You really are a great employee for Lowe's.

Parking lot was recently paved with clear lane makings and signage for blue tags. The store size and layout is typical to others. The Lowes App helped me find the aisles for my items easier than roaming. Sunday morning was slow and it took a while (20mins) to find store help to learn about the air compressor I wanted to purchase. Questions answered professionally and even got additional facts to support a quality and cost decision. The store was clean, ailse free of obstacles, and the staff were all happy, like they really wanted to be there.
Self check out was a breeze for my four non bulky items. I would recommend this store for in store and online purchase pickup.
Update: June 01, 2024. Worst experience trying to get cinder blocks. Saturday is one of the busiest, if not the busiest, so avoid morning purchases from the lumber and masonry sections if not a contractor. Not all items are on the shelves and sometimes they run out and did not restock. The cashier can still sell you items that are in storage, someone just have to bring it out (or you go to the item area in the back of the store). Took 45mins from waving down a person to getting my items.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help. Finding someone to ask questions of is easy.

Superior service that was above and beyond “just helping “. Dominic made sure he found the answer and located the product. Between him and manager Garrett, they made sure it was ordered with a delivery timeframe. Prior to this we kept getting “we will look into it “. I can’t say enough great things about these guys! Job well done!!

I was in the store today getting some lumber so entered through that entrance. While I was making a plan the cashier Mary Rose came over and greeted me. The way she did it kinda made my day. UT is people like her that will keep me coming back..BTW We did the survey so she can move from #2 to #1

Gabe in flooring was AMAZING today! He didn’t just give me the aisle number, but came with me and reviewed my contractors list to make sure I was getting the right items and quantities. He verified lot codes to make sure the tile was identical. Then offered to check me out as all this overwhelms the front check outs. I really don’t know how this experience could have been better. Thank you Gabe for coming in a couple hours early today and being a GREAT associate!

I was in the Wentzville, MO Lowe's on Sunday, 9/18/22 looking for some flooring planks. The person in the flooring department was very helpful and even had to get some cases down from the top shelf for me. Then he aided me with loading them in my cart and counting out individual pieces I needed. Thank you to this person!
After I left the flooring department I wandered through the store and was approached again by store personnel to ask if I needed help. And at the checkout the lady was very helpful again. One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Thanks again to all the workers at Wentzville.
