I always get so nervous letting someone pick out the arrangement for me, but you guys nailed it! I wish I could think of the ladies name I talked to (I’m so sorry) she was awesome and made me feel very comfortable! My daughter loved her flowers that she got congratulating her on her new job! Thank you again and I will spread the word on how amazing you guys are!!

This is an emotional review for me. I have received several flower arrangements from Bud and Bloom over the last year. While my son has been in and out of the hospital this summer, we had many deliveries to our home. The Bud and Bloom delivery driver went above and beyond to move a heavy (to me) branch out of my driveway that was blocking my vehicle. Also, he helped hold my door open so that I could get the flowers into my house. He could tell I was stressed and was patient, kind, and very kind to me. He appeared to be college aged. I just haven't seen a lot of kids that age be courteous.
I had never been inside the flower shop before and decided to stop in sometime in early July to look around. The shop is beautiful! It is very peaceful and comforting, but also has a lot of gift items I wasn't aware that they sell. The flowers I've received from them are much prettier and better quality than other flowers I've received. I mentioned the driver to one of the workers who said it was Kelly's (new owner) son. They pointed her out and I was able to talk to her and convey my appreciation. After mentioning about my son being sick, she said she would keep us in her prayers. It brought me to tears that everyone in the store was so kind. She ended up quickly praying for me and my son before I left. It was just what my Momma heart needed. At a time where many people are quick to complain about people, experiences, or service, I never realized that I don't commend good people, experiences, or service as often as I should. My son is fully recovered, my life is back to normal, and I want to recognize a few of the people that made me feel like I mattered. Thank you to Kelly and her workers for an atmosphere of kindness and exceptional goods and services. I wish I could give more than 5 starts!

I placed a delivery order to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday. The delivery never made it. After talking to Brennan the owner! He was determined to make it right without hesitation. Brennan was very apologetic and understanding. I appreciated him calling to talk and make the situation right and that he did. I appreciated him and his character told me he is a sincere person who was generally sorry. Thank you Bud n Bloom and Brennan for making things correct without hesitation. Thank you!

I called on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery. Kinda last moment but they came through in such a great way. Delivery was great and flowers arrived in time and looked wonderful. Not only would I recommend them I will be using them again. Thank you for all your help and look forward to working with you again soon 🙂

Needed a flower/plant arrangement for a cousin last week. Bud and Bloom not only answered their phone with a person, but had the most sweetest sounding,Caring person. Told her the price range. Wanted 2 butterflies and the arrangement was gorgeous. They sure have my business from now on🙂

I am late posting my review, Bud and Bloom made the most beautiful floral arrangements for the funerals of both of my parents. They were compassionate and kind as I grieved... Some of my memories from last year are fuzzy but I will never forget their kindness and the extraordinary flowers for my folks!,

Wow! We live about 3 hours away and wanted to send flowers to a loved one! The staff were so friendly and easy to work with from a distance. Our family sent a picture of the arrangement and it turned out so beautiful, even more than we could have asked for! Shop small! Shop local!

My husband passed away recently and we ordered our flowers from Birds & Blooms. The man we dealt with was caring and guided us through everything. The flowers were lovely and we appreciate all they did.

There is always a very helpful and kind staff. They are great at fulfilling orders placed in advance as well as last minute orders. The selection is very good for all occasions.

I called Bud and Bloom late Monday morning. I needed a bouquet of flowers sent to a local funeral home. Arrived at the funeral service and noticed the flowers I had ordered. The bouquet of flowers not only looked professional but so beautiful. I will keep this name and number and order again and again from this florists. I friend recommended that I stop in the store to shop for gifts. I will soon. Thank You

Due to a communication error we didn't get flowers ordered until the night before a funeral viewing. Bud and Bloom had the flowers there on time and they were beautiful. Thank you for the lovely work and quick service.
