Got my Jeep Renegade towed after it a malfunction. They called and asked me what it was doing, so they found the issue. It was the pedal switch sensor, so it got replaced. Runs good as new now. Their service dept is awesome.

Had an after market issue with my Jeep from an out of state dealer. Worked with Matt to get my Jeep back on the road. Turn around time was just over a week which was inspection, ordering/waiting parts and repairing my Jeep. Matt kept me updated on the status and was a pleasure to work with.

The Service Department is outstanding. I was in town visiting friends and my check engine light came on. They got me in the next day, diagnosed the problem (O2 sensor) and did the fix all in 6 hours! Their flexibility saved my roadtrip.

Cory and his team at Batesville Chrysler are the real deal. Everyone there truly cares about the customer experience from sales team, to the amazing guys in the parts and service department, to the detailing guy. I would never buy a Chrysler vehicle anywhere else. Simply no need. These guys treat me like family every time I come in the door. They also don't act like they are just after my money. They always act in the best interest of the customer.

They were great. I ALMOST bought from another dealer, but these guys came in at the last minute with the same car, a better interest rate, and a better deal. Not to mention they clued me in to some lies I was being told from the other dealer. AND though I couldn't get to their lot that day, they brought the car and the paperwork to me after hours. I was very clear that I didn't have time to haggle or hassle and that if they could be the best offer I had then I would buy from them, and they made it work. I never felt like I was getting a 'story' from these guys, and they were completely up front and transparent with me the entire time dealing with them. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

Can't give them enough stars. Matt with the service department saved me from price gouging Jeff Wyler and saved me $800 plus overnighted the part. I was back in my jeep in only 24 hours of them getting it. They have a customer for life.

I've been coming here for service for over 18 years with 3 vehicles, all purchased here. In all that time, I have yet to have a bad experience. They've always been honest, fair, reasonable, and straightforward with me regarding any repairs. I live 50 miles away, and my 18+ year old Jeep I bought here has never seen the inside of any other repair shop or dealer (which there is one in my town).

Service department is extremely professional, helpful, fast and friendly! They kept me posted on the work being done to my truck and made sure I understood what needed done and why! Highly recommend!

Although I didn't end up buying from here, they were really helpful. Paul was helpful and not pushy. The reason I went elsewhere was because I wanted newer, they didn't have the particular car/year I was seeking, and I needed wheels. Otherwise, I would've made the purchase.

I ordered touch up paint for my car. They said it would take at least a week. I got it in less than a week. Super nice people.
