My nieces and I really enjoyed this wildlife lookout spot! We were able to see a lot of different birds including the crane, various species of ducks! we were fortunate enough to watch a mother deer with her two fawns as they lazily grazed on some vegetation. We were also blessed to see a buck jump out of the brush close to the doe and her fawns! It's a nice place to go and just relax I believe it's enjoyable for all ages! I just wish it had a porta potty for the girls! But I understand not having one down there as I'm sure it would be vandalized almost immediately unfortunately! Neat place to go bird watching. If you can find the observatory deck. Direction online are not very good. But worth the drive to find.

This is a beautiful place to visit and see lots of deer and big bucks, white cranes, eagles, snow geese, etc.
