Got a notification of a free phone upgrade. Went in to upgrade and am glad I did. Kobe was my sales person and he answered my questions, and got me all set up. Super friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars in my book!

I dropped my phone and screen went yellow. Desperate to get a new phone quickly, my husband and I went into TCC Verizon, where a worker named Christian helped us out. He was absolutely fantastic, and was calm and collected even when there was 4 different customers needing help at one time. He kept us well informed of the the whole proces of picking out a new phone and how it would affect our current plan. He even helped us get an extra discount with me being a nurse. He was extremely helpful which prompted me to leave this review, as I feel he needs extra recognition! Thanks Christian!!

On 11/17/23 I stopped by the store to see what upgrades might be available. I was helped right away and decided to take a day or so to think about upgrading and was not pressured to make a decision. The following Tuesday I went to upgrade and was helped by Christian. He was there by himself assisting several clients. He did a great job helping me and the others. Very pleased with the service I received.
