Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jasper, an IHG Hotel

Check-in was great, Rachel made us feel like family. She's very friendly and she seems to really like her job. More people like her are needed.

The pool is clean, it could be a little warmer.

Rachel has great service and is very friendly. Made my hotel stay home away from home. I stayed there for 2 weeks. Great advice on restaurants and hiking locations near town. Thank you, Rachel.

Great location, just outside of Jasper. We were visiting Holidayworld and it was just a 15 ride. The rooms were nice. My only complaint was, no exhaust fan in bathroom and the taste of the water. Maybe it was me, but the water had a funny taste, made it kinda hard to brush my teeth. We arrived really late, but the front desk clerk was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend this location.

We stayed in this hotel for my daughter’s softball tournament and enjoyed the arcade, pool and lobby! Plenty of room to hang as a team and the breakfast had a lot to choose from! Amy at the front desk was more than accommodating and a pleasure to talk to.

When we arrived the building was very clean inside and out, the lady that checked us in was very friendly and kind made us feel welcomed got our room key went to our room it was very clean the housekeeper did a great job everything was great Saturday night Amy was working she is a outstanding person was so very friendly and polite asked if we could sit in the lobby and watch the games instead of 6 people sitting in our rooms she said that would be fine . The bed & pillows in our room was so comfortable we will definitely come back !!!

My only complaint considering the number of guests are always low when I stay is to not lump everyone together as the sound still travels. Front desk people are always nice and pleasant. The breakfast choices are always good. Some rooms could use a spider web removal from high corners.

This is right off Highway 213 and is easy to find. There's also a restaurant right next to it (Wings and Rings). Drove up for a business trip. Rooms were clean and supplied well. The staff was friendly. Will stay here again when visiting the city of Jasper.

When we arrived ms Amy was the most delightful and helpful ☺ person we have meet ❤ she got us our rooms told us were everything was AMY is amazing she had smiles. And if we needed anything she was right there. We were in town for my father in law my daughters we had 4 rooms it was amazing thank you Amy 😊 amazing facilty. The breakfast was. Sooo good.

I enjoy everything about this place but it’s location, it’s on the outer edge of town. Other wise the place is great, clean , nice staff, pool is 3ft to 5ft , executable . Bed is comfy :)

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice. A very nice selection of food. Loved that they had a hot tub not just a pool. It was very relaxing. Love that they have a lift for those in a wheelchair so they can enjoy the pool as well. Nice atmosphere and would definitely go back again.

We stay here often. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Amy who works the evenings is outstanding and always helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

My experience at this Holiday Inn was wonderful. Staff at check in and out was super and friendly. Late night staff was the same. Price was great. Very clean and up to date. Loved the window shades. Would definitely stay again.

Recently build the lady on evening/night shift was super nice!! Placed us as close to pool/arcade/game room as she could!! Also a very nice gym I noticed a few computers in lobby to use they also served a hot and cold grab and go breakfast the lady running it was also friendly, food was good! Vending and ice machines outdoor patio area pool was nice plenty of towels available as well!! Rooms were very clean and tighty only complaint would be bathrooms get to steamy n hot because you have to keep door fully closed note says if not smoke alarms go off 🤔 past issues I guess?

Our power was out due to storms, it was 89 in our house, no way we could sleep there! They were so pleasant and even had the ac turned down in our room so we cooled off fast!

Rooms were nice size and clean, quite a few choices for breakfast, something for everyone. Only negative for me was no hair dryer. Staff very friendly

I am a local resident, however my family and I were displaced due to a house fire leaving our residence uninhabitable. These folks were more than willing to be so generous and helping us find a comforting place to stay for a few nights until we were able to find a new home. Not the ideal situation, but their hospitality allowed for the ease of our transition, especially with our potty-training 3yr old!!!!

We stayed for a ski trip and the room was perfect! Very clean, great staff, and the soft bed was more then I expected! We will 100% stay here next time on our trip! Thank you to the hotel and staff for making our stay so excellent!

Great place to stay for week. Great service specially the front desk person Amy Wright. Very helpful with getting supplies for our room .

My 9 year old son and I stayed here for memorial weekend 2020 even with the covid-19 going on we had the best weekend ever! The beds are so soft and the pillows are amazing and the staff y'all the staff makes you feel like family! They are just amazing! Would definitely stay here again! And would recommend this hotel 100%
