When they remember to keep the mcnasty sauce off the steak egg and cheese bagel, it's so freaking delicious! The greasier the better!

Honestly the best McDonald's I've ever been to, I've never had to wait that long, the service is better than any other McDonald's I've been to, and the food well it's as good as you can expect from a McDonald's. It's pretty clean in there most if the time.

Logan was my drive through manager and he was very sweet and very respectful towards me and my friend. 10/10 service and attitude!! Especially this late at night!

Floor is very slick. We had a friend fall and seen a worker fall. Most Mickey D's floors are slick. We really like the restaurant and eat at them a lot.

I had some of the freshest McDonalds that I’ve had in a long time. The fries were perfect. Everything was so fresh and the fountain drink had the perfect amount of carbonation!

So compared to like four or five other McDonald's I think this is pretty fast. I get the food it takes me like four or five minutes tops to get through the line and it's not always super busy. I mean, unless you hit it like right at lunch and even then it's way faster than other McDonald's I visit.

We go here once in awhile while waiting on big sis to get out of practice. There is always the 3:00 old timer coffee crowd who are so sweet as well. We often sit there with a snack & practice spelling words. Great atmosphere & workers are always great even if short staffed!

I used the McDonald's app to order ahead. I then had the order delivered to me in my parking spot, curbside. The young man brought me a package and it turns out that the guy that pulled in beside of me it was his order. I had to go in and get mine but as I got there the lady was coming out with it. So I thanked her and told her what happened. Each curbside delivery should have a receipt a name spot number something on it so that when you get your delivery you know it's yours. Numbers aren't hard to find. With that on the package you would know which way to go with it.

To begin, I have not stopped or eaten at any McDonald's location for years due to extremely poor customer service and inaccurate orders. So, when recently in Jasper, Indiana on a Saturday evening at 9:30 when all other restaurants were closed I bit my upper lip and went through the drive-through at this McDonald's location.

The guy at the cashier's window was a typical McDonald's employee that hated his job and let his customers know it when we stopped to pay. But, it met my expectations as this is what most McDonald's employees demonstrate to their customers who pay to eat at the place they work. Afterall, there are text messages and social media posts that the customer is taking your time away from.

The surprise came when the guy at the pickup window greeted us with a smile and he was actually friendly. He gave us our order and when I asked for a different nugget sauce he cheerfully handed me what I asked for and then thanked us for visiting McDonald's.

Once inside our hotel room the shock continued, our bag had the correct items inside and they even included napkins, straws, and the sauces I ordered. Every one of our meals 100% correct.

This is not what our past experience with McDonald's has been. But, I definitely had to give them a shout out for a superb customer experience that was totally unexpected.

I go to this McDonald's regularly, always the drive thru. The line generally moves quickly, unless there is someone piddling around. The staff is generally efficient and friendly, occasionally I've had an unsmiling person.

Fast service even with lots of cars. Coffee made just the way we ordered it. We have found coffee at 50 percent or so of McD locations is not calibrated but the 2 Jasper locations are spot on and fast.

I never write these.. But after having read some of these reviews, I felt like I should. People complain about the smallest things... I hardly eat fast food, but the few times I've been to this McDonald's they have always been, fast, efficient, and friendly. What more could you ask for? We went in this morning with a lobby FULL of people and the drive-thru overflowing with more people piling in by the second. We used the convenient self service kiosk at the front, and got our food, hot, fresh, and correctly made in 10 minutes or less. I have waited far longer at places far less busy just to receive incorrect or cold food. Y'all are doing GREAT in my book!

This location always has the best burgers for McDonald's and decent service.

Top notch. Just moved to town. The previous city we lived in had a McDonald's that was less than average the whole 20 years I lived there. People here are fast, friendly, & courteous. Will definitely be back.

My last visit the bag was tore and they forgot my Ranch dipping sauce everyone seems to have a no care attitude anymore and no napkins were given

Consistently good service, and the food is generally fresh. Except for peak hours, it's fast service as well. Bathrooms are usually clean in my experience. Would recommend if you are looking for a McDonald's.

For a McDonald's, its really hard to screw up. This one is a newer one with different types of tables and chairs. My food came out nice and hot and was good.
