AT&T Store

Went in after trying to port our numbers via their customer service center and was met by a fabulous new manager Anthony T. He was able to get both of our lines ported over, saved us money by getting the discounts on the account and my husband walked out of there with a new phone for free!
This manager is brand new to Indiana and had only been in town a mere 4 days and was very thoughtful and energetic about learning about the area and what people did.
I would highly recommend this store front even if you had a bad visit the last time you were there!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Tim helped us upgrade 3 phones on our family plan. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we had many questions during the process. We were thankful for such good customer service from Tim!

Went into store to get my new iPhone 14 Pro Max set up and was instantly greeted by a very friendly staff. I was amazed at how well trained the team was as I was overseeing the customer service! I want to thank Nathan especially for recommending insurance and the best plan for me.

Manager was very helpful and got me an awesome wireless package, I couldn’t be happier. Brand new 15 Plus with all the accessories. This store is awesome, highly recommended .

Anthony the manager made me realize how my cell phone plan at a different carrier was too pricey and how AT&T is far superior. The name of the company should be AnthonyT&T at this point

Went in store on the 1st of month. Worked with awesome rep in store who helped me get my new 15 pro ordered! Very excited for the new phone and to show it off to my friends!

I worked with Tim. He helped me pick out a IPad for my girlfriend. Was a very pleasant and painless experience!

Went in for the new iPhone and got a great phone case to go with it. Employee was nice and very helpful but I don’t remember his name

Shana @ this store went above and beyond with her customer service skills & I couldn't be more thankful. She was on hold forever with corporate trying to get an issue resolved for me with my account. She nor this AT& T store were not the ones who created that problem, but she insisted that she could help me get it solved - and she did! After not having a phone for 6 months it sure as heck feels good to be able to call somebody! Thanks Shana....you deserve some recognition and a raise!

Ordered a new phone online and messed something up when transferring my SIM card. Walked in and was greeted at the door immediately, was helped promptly and resolved my issue in no time!! This wasn’t a sale for anyone at the store, but everyone was friendly and helpful and were even sweet and friendly with my kiddos. Definitely recommend this store and will be going back in the future to buy phones in store!!

During the visit , I dealt with a young man named Eugene, He did everything I asked him to do and then some. He was very outgoing and professional. I'll definitely would recommend him going forward to resolve any problems!!

Great service friendly staff, great deals all around.

Janelle and nick were fantastic. They explained every aspect of the process and even re-explained in a summary. They asked multiple times if I had any questions and had me in and out quickly.

This purchase was easy and clear.

We were having trouble trying to lower our bill and the manager was able find us a deal that cut our costs a ton. He was able to get us a really good deal and even added an extra line that my grandma was able to take that cost basically nothing.

I was helped first by Allie who told me what I needed todo to sign up for service. She was awesome. I went back a few days later and Sydney helped. She was amazing and explained everything to me in detail. The same evening I had a problem with my net gear box and I went back and Allie fixed it for me. These two young ladies are so sweet and patient. Their knowledge is great and I so appreciated both of them.

Bought a new phone at north side AT&T on jasper , service was great! All employees working then were considerate and helpful , it was very busy when I got there , waiting approx 30 min . But Nick ( employee) did acknowledge the customers waiting , informed us we would be taken care of asap ! Whenever I’ve had to go in for whatever reason to AT&T I always have great service !
