Great experience!! Easy check in and check out, SUPER CLEAN and QUIET ROOM, and breakfast was really good. Also, the German restaurant is walking distance and also very good! I’ll definitely be back again! 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic Hotel Option in Jasper. They always do a great job. Prices are higher in the summer (they all are due to Holiday World nearby). Overall, the best hotel in Jasper.

My husband and I came to Jasper to purchase a motorhome, and stayed at your hotel in the recommendation of the seller. Well, we hit a snag with getting a wire transfer from our bank in Michigan so were stranded here for several unexpected hours. Andy, at the front desk was a godsend, offering us a place to wait in the lobby, along with water and some wonderful homemade cookies. What a great person you have representing your company!

We booked a night stay to attend two days at Holiday World. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and clean. I am really picky about cleanliness and was very pleased! The hotel staff were all very helpful! Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Overall, we had a great experience and will be comfortable booking here in the future.

I stayed here for my 21st birthday and they went above and beyond my expectations. The lady working on the night of September 30th was very friendly and even provided us with some great restaurant information. The hotel was clean and relatively empty. We were able to use the pool and it was also great. Not too cold, not too warm. It seemed like it was salt water? Or atleast the part I accidentally tasted was very salty… The morning breakfast was what you’d expect from a three star hotel. A 30 minute straight shot from holiday world, you really can’t beat that! Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay great!

I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inn's over the years - mostly for business but occasionally for personal trips and Not One of them comes close to the service we experienced at the Hampton Inn in Jasper, Indiana.
I put 4 stars for location because Jasper is kind of in the middle of not very much. That being said - within Jasper and the surrounding towns the location great- most everything you need is a 7 min drive. But - I could be talked into a trip to Jasper Just to go to the Schnitzelbank Restaurant!

Great hotel. The customer service is excellent. The hotel is neat and clean with an indoor pool and hot tub.

April 13th 2023. Friendly and efficient welcome and check in. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Gym well supplied with towels, wipes etc. smelling clean and fresh. Pool well maintained, clean and inviting.
Breakfast offering was excellent with fresh fruit and healthy options. Attentive staff, keeping everything stocked, tables cleared and area clean and inviting.
Obviously a very well managed hotel. Well done to the entire team. Your efforts are appreciated.
Easy walk to restored mill selling beautiful Amish furniture, local art, bird boxes and freshly milled flour. Mill leads on to a pretty river walk.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was wonderful during my two night stay and the entire hotel was very clean. I definitely will be back again. Great job Hampton Inn Jasper!

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end! When we arrived Gabbie & Shawna at the front desk were among the very best and treated us like family. The room and bathroom were immaculate and the fact that the beds were so comfortable was a major bonus! All of the updating throughout the hotel definitely paid off. I have to add that the AC also worked great. The pool was on the chilly side but we still enjoyed it. My husband was very pleased with the gym. Breakfast was great every morning we were there and the gals working were so sweet! In truth every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and professional. Check out was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was immediately impressed with how friendly the staff was when checking in. My room was nice and cool (hard to find a hotel with an A/C that works well), and it was super clean. Housekeeping doesn’t appear to cut corners, which is important and refreshing to feel safe and taken care of when staying somewhere these days. Breakfast was great every day I stayed, hot and fresh with lots of variety. The breakfast staff was also especially friendly. I stay at a lot of hotels for work as an Area Manager for a restaurant chain when I’m helping different locations, and this has been one of—if not the—best experiences I’ve had with a hotel. Even the night staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish I had names. The night front desk older lady with gray hair and glasses was very friendly. So was the gentleman night front desk with glasses, long dark hair. The breakfast attendant lady was super pleasant and keeps everything very clean and stocked, also checking on all of your customers, and the little young lady worked hard to help and keep tables clean as people came and went. I just want to thank you all for taking care of me during my stay. Though I love to sleep in my own bed, if I have to stay in Jasper again for business, I most certainly will stay at the Hampton.

Our stay here was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They even sang happy birthday to my daughter when she told them it was her birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again. It's updated, clean, and the breakfast was really good as well.

I was very pleased with the quality of the Hampton.. Our room /bathroom was extremely clean, which is Super important these days! Towels were fluffy and clean.. The pool area was very nice and tidy, lots of fresh towels.. The hallways were vacuumed, everything had a sanitized look to it.. Breakfast bar was very hot and well stocked and clean! Overall, an excellent 2 day stay and we will be back!

I had been a little busy to write another review from another holiday world stay. Please refer to the other review about some details.

We had checked out and left the hotel and were on the road for about 15 Mins, when Dee Dee called and said we had left some clothes in our room. (what hotel is nice enough to do that? I have never had anyone call us about stuff we left in any hotel we have ever stayed at.)

An time we go to holiday world or any event in the area we will stay at this hotel. I cannot imagine getting better service at any other hotel near by (and trust me we have tried).

I do not know how they can do any better on the next time we stay there.

We had a bad experience with an unnamed hotel down the street.

Gabbie was very helpful over the phone and in person, she was able to give us a room that night for a decent price.

Stayed on the top floor, third floor, in 318. Parking lot was nearly full, but we heard no noise from the other rooms or the elevator. I think 314 was across from the elevator, so we slept well. Air conditioning was set at 65 degrees when we walked in and it was freezing which was nice since it was a hot day, so we had to set it to warmer.

Breakfast was great, waffle makers (small and big size). Juice machine working, coffee ready and did not run out. Sausage potatoes and eggs were hot. Plenty of cereal, milk, fruit available. I did not eat any muffins or bread.
Other items.
There are two electric car charging spots, I saw a guy move his Tesla into it late at night when I had to get something out of my car.
When you pull out, make sure you don't go all the way to the edge of the road as a sign will block your view of cars coming down the hill on your left. If you are slightly back from the road you can see around the sign without issues.
We have already booked another stay here for more than one night when we come back to Holiday world, and will not try any other hotel in the city.

Great staff, hotel very very clean. Will definitely stay there again next time I visit.
