Wonderful addition to Jasper. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was huge with a mix of both hot and cold items. Located along the river with beautiful walking trails nearby. Will definitely book here again, thanks for a nice stay!

Room service came to do the room but did not refill my shampoo which was empty.
WiFi is too slow to conduct any sort of business 2.5Mbps up and down.
Exercise room pleasant.
Breakfast is acceptable.

I stayed here for one night after a day trip to French Lick. The property was very nice and modern, and the room was great! Service was also spectacular and so were the Market Prices. Not many Marriott's anymore where you can get a 20 oz. Soda for only $2.00. The pool was nice albeit a bit small and the fitness center offered a decent line-up of equipment. The only complaint I would give is the breakfast bar did not have a lot of options. No eggs or bacon. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Great place, well taken care of. Staff at the front are first rate, the evening lead was very helpful. Next door is a tap room with good beer and fab pizza!

Amazing location and amenities. Enjoyed breakfast view and options each morning. Room was cozy and clean. The ability to stream was great.

Parking is across the train tracks (except handicap is next to hotel entrance)

Every single crew member was awesome! Dylan, Chelsea, Akira, Jack, Stephanie (sorry if I missed anyone or spelled your name wrong!) were all super helpful. They definitely make you feel welcome here. The service here was worth every single penny. Keep up the awesome work! Now let's talk about the location. It's basically downtown. Everything you need or want to do in town is within walking distance. Axe throwing, escape rooms, tattoos, good, entertainment.. all very close. You'll enjoy your stay. Plus they have a workout room and a salt water pool.

My wife and I stayed here recently and everything was up to expectations. The front desk and breakfast staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There's a fantastic view at the back of the hotel with an awesome walking path. The parking situation is a little inconvenient but not really that bad. We would definitely stay here again.

In town for a concert. Wonderful experience. Perfectly clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. This is exactly what we needed for our stay.

The ice machine on the second level didn't work for me, everything else was great.

The hotel is excellent! The hotel is clean and inviting. The lobby and exercise room are very clean and well lighted. The pool area is small. They have a nice patio area with amble seating. We had a King Suite room, which included a sofa, two large televisions and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, the towels were soft.
Breakfast was sufficient, different choices daily, with choices of hot dishes as well as cereals and yogurts. Coffee was always hot and plentiful.
The greatest part of our stay was the desk assistant, Jackie Torholem was not only efficient and welcoming, she suggested many local attractions that she said were must sees while in the area. She suggests the French Lick area, ( we were so happy we visited that attraction). She suggested a wonderful German Restaurant near the hotel (which was amazing), the brewery next door ( another great spot) and the Jasper Area Museum which was actually very interesting. Jackie made our 3 day stay very enjoyable!

This hotel was top notch! It featured an indoor pool, fitness room, breakfast, and up to date rooms.

Very nice hotel in a picturesque setting. Definitely would stay here again. Never received room service or fresh towels over a 3 day stay but probably my fault for not following some protocol. All staff were attentive and ready to answer any questions.

Wonderful hotel in the small town of Jasper. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. Rooms were clean nice bathrooms.

Staff was great, room was good size and very clean. Jackie T. was on duty when we checked in, she was amazing. Would have given the review 10 stars if I could have. I think we could all hope that every employee was as caring and competent as Jackie.

Great front desk staff that goes above and beyond. Chelsea the front desk manager is awesome and Annica is a great front desk clerk. The breakfast is amazing as are the attendants.

This place was beautiful and super friendly. Between the comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast it was a super pleasant over night. The details were perfect with great shampoo and soap. The tv even allowed us to sign into our showtime. It was very cute and next to an adorable railroad and cute creek.
Thank you again from a special needs mother for being a nice relaxing break before we went home today.

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, the room was very nice and amazingly roomy. The breakfast was very good, always fresh choices, and the view is breathtaking. The hotel staff did a fabulous job, very professional!

Great Fairfield (and hotel) near quaint downtown Jasper. The hotel looks (and probably is) completely new. The hotel is surrounded by a cute event and historical train station, a brewery, and pond, an area that looks like it has been renovated.

This was one of the cleanest hotels (public spaces and rooms) I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. Front desk staff were FANTASTIC. All three front desk staff I spoke with were polite, professional, and knowledgeable/informative of/about the surrounding areas (especially great tips about the holiday train and French Lick/West Baden).

A special shoutout to the gentleman who checked us in, Ryan: friendly, polite, welcoming, and informative.

Would highly recommend staying here when in town!

The first night we had trouble sleeping due to the air conditioner making a loud squealing sound. We had to turn it off and sleep in the heat. We came back two nights later. The second room had small bugs coming in (through the drains?). The rooms were quiet otherwise and breakfast was pretty good. Convenient location.
