Red Hill Fiber Mill

We had such an amazing time visiting here. Ty and Lindsey took a lot of time showing us their mill and explaining everything to us about the alpacas and the milling process. If you have the opportunity to visit them it certainly is worth it. We weren't sure what to expect at an Alpaca farm but this greatly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back to visit!

Sent some very dirty fiber to the mill. Was my first time using them. They more than exceeded my expectations and were delightful to work with! The work, dying and different products produced were stunning. Looking forward to a continued fiber journey and friendship with Ty & Lindsey. Can’t wait to send the next batch!

Bought a couple pair of socks and immediately fell in love with how warm and soft the fabric was. I have since ordered 6 more and will be ordering for relatives for the holiday. Highly recommend this product. Shipped very fast too! Support small biz!

This mill also has a fiber arts shop and alpacas on the farm a few feet away!!! Incredible items to purchase, beautiful animals, and incredibly friendly and knowledgable owners/operators that take great pride in teaching about how the fiber processing works. Great place to take kids!!! Highly recommend calling to see if you can stop by!!!

Fantastic Harvest Host stop

Sent 27 pounds to mill. After almost 22 months of being put off, the owner processed the fiber. I paid $475 up front. After processing they requested $300 more. Would not recommend sending fiber her for processing.

Drove 30 minutes after seeing the farm on google maps for a little solo adventure, online said they were open. when I arrived, I couldn't find anyone, so I went towards the alpacas to see if the owners were in there with the animals. Suddenly I'm being verbally attacked by one of the owners, he's saying i'm trespassing and that I needed to make an appointment. Really aggressive, not listening to my side of the story. I told him I was simply looking to see if they were with the animals, and I didn't see the appt. bit online. He was incredibly rude and made me feel very unsafe- mind you, I am a very nice and understanding person. I told him I had never been there before and had no idea. Definitely not going there again.
