i buy most of my music gear from zzsounds. with no interest payments why would you buy from anywhere else?

Purchased tons of items from Zzounds several years ago when I was a DJ and was always impressed with the stellar service. Recently got into playing guitar and decided to give Zzounds a go again for purchasing my guitars and other equipment. I'm really impressed with the outstanding speed of free shipping, the amount of inventory, fair prices, and wonderful customer service. Furthermore, the payment options are great. I never had a complaint 10 years ago when I purchased from Zzounds and I sure don't have any complaints now either. Thanks a bunch, rock on !!!

I encountered a few issues initially, but I must commend the customer service team for reaching out and resolving them promptly. If you're on a tight budget but in need of equipment, this company is a good option. However, it's important to note that even a single incorrect character in your billing information can cause your order to be declined. As long as you ensure accurate details, I have no complaints. Overall, I appreciate their affordability and am satisfied with their service. 😊

I've been using zZounds since 2012. They have great customer service, products are as advertised and above all else...BUDGET FRIENDLY!. Their payment plan options have allowed me to build up my DJ collection. I've been a fan of them from my first purchase to my most recent one.

I have been using Zzounds for years. I have bought two guitars,pa,drums and I just ordered my third guitar. I have never had an issue with there customer service, they have always been kind, professional and helpful. I have only used them once and it turned out to be a mistake I made. They are not lying about there fanatical customers I am one of them. They make my dreams come true. Ty zz.

Ordered a bass amp from them because they were the only retailer I could find with the particular model in stock. Was very impressed as I received it a day earlier than I expected. Very good service seeing as this was between Xmas and New Year. Good pricing too. Free shipping. Will definitely consider buying from them again.

Hands down, the best customer service department I've ever dealt with! Our 13-year-old daughter was ready for a guitar upgrade and had her heart set on the Epiphone Les Paul Custom PRO in Alpine White w/gold hardware. zZounds offered competitive pricing, a "Play as you Pay" option, and 2-day shipping. Unfortunately, the first and second guitar arrived damaged in the same spot. Prior to sending out the third replacement, zZounds took extra precautions by adding extra packing material around the guitar. It was obviously being mishandled en route to our place, because attempt #3 arrived unscathed. It was well worth the wait. The guitar is gorgeous and sounds incredible! Our daughter loves her new axe! Thank you. We will definitely order from zZounds again.

I have never been more pleased with an online retailer! When I was ready to upgrade my bass, I really couldn't afford it so I did a quick search for a music store that allowed payment plans. I found the Ibanez that I eventually bought for a phenomenal price, even cheaper than on Amazon or at the local music stores. They offered the pay-as-you-play option without a credit check. I ordered it it came within a few days. It is a beautiful instrument, again a great price, and I am thoroughly satisfied. I haven't had to contact their customer service, but if I did I'm sure they would be phenomenal also. I highly recommend them for all your music needs.

I’ve been a customer for Zzounds for 10 years! Their pay as you play with NO INTEREST have literally made my life! The fact that I can play amazing instruments right away is a godsend. I was even stuck on hard times and they pushed back my payment a few days! They have secured a customer forever!

I can't relate to what the other comments issues are but zzounds has been great to me, great customer service, never had an issue returning something or exchanging it, the payment plans are some of the best around. I always recommend zzounds to anyone looking for new gear. Look forward to getting more gear in 2023

I’ve been buying equipment from zzounds for a few years now. They have everything. The 2 day free shipping is great. I love the pay as you play plan. It’s great that something like this exists for musicians. Due to the plan I’m able to get the gear that I want and pay for it over time and not pay huge interest fees that other websites charge. The customer service experience is always amazing. The few times I’ve messaged them through their website during business hours, someone resolved my issue and is always very helpful. They are a very laid back company. One time i couldn’t make my payment one time and let them know in advance and they moved my payment for me by a few days without any issues what so ever. I much prefer zzounds due to their customer service over other websites.

I never ever review anything but figured I would on this one... This site, the customer service and the delivery options are the best I have EVER used... I made an order (Gibson J45) at 4pm on Wed in N. Georgia.. at 11:50 on Thursday, the package was on my porch... securely packaged and the guitar was in mint shape... pretty increible when you think about it... Great job zZounds! I have bought alot of Guitars from zZounds, and I have to tell you They are #1 in my book. Easy Play as you Pay, with no, I said no interest. You will not be disappointed in the way they handle each transaction. They have everything you will ever need to get you started. I have purchased all my gear and was always 100% satisfied. The best Costumer Service Department, if you have any questions they are right there to help you.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I'm purchasing my fourth guitar from zZounds. Every instrument has arrived in perfect condition with outer box, case and all paperwork. Instruments were setup properly, with just a few tweaks to my personal liking. These guys have excellent customer service. They will go out of their way to make it right if something is amiss. I don't even go to Guitar Center anymore except for strings. The best thing about Zzounds? They let you pay while you play, giving you the gear while you make up to 12 monthly payments depending on the gear you choose and the price point of the gear. My gear I usually do the 8 payment installment plan while enjoying it. Another awesome thing about zZounds? No interest and will match any price if you find it at a lower price from other retailers. Hope Guitar Center is reading this. They don't offer anything near this, and they've redone the layout of their stores, not for the better IMHO. zZounds is my go to store for top quality gear that fits my budget, hasn't had grimy hands all over it, no nicks and scratches from being pulled and put back on the racks. My gear comes brand new in box. These guys rock! Keep up the fantastic work!!

Have bought over $3000 worth of merchandise from them, from amps to wireless mic to DJ controller, etc...I thought I could buy elsewhere for one of my products when I saw a better price and financing but that was a lost cause. I will never think of ordering from anybody else, speedy fast shipping, great prices, pay as you play payment plans, and gear comes in the condition promised. The gear experts are great too, always helpful, zzounds is the place to buy for music needs, don't hesitate.

You know, I have NO idea what these people are talking about with this "terrible customer service" and "BEWARE" stuff. Listen: this company is an absolute DREAM for the musician of modest means. The pay-as-you-play plan is a dream, customer service is excellent, and the return policy is as generous and customer oriented as Ive ever seen ANYWHERE. I LOVE this company and the access to instruments and gear they provide. I bought a bass guitar from them, and I feel so strongly about the ease and pleasure of the experience that I don't even THINK to look anywhere else for any of my musical needs. People, listen, if you need instruments/gear and you find paying for it your biggest obstacle, check out zZounds. You won't regret it. At all.

Outstanding customer service. Unfortunately I received a bass guitar with a factory defect. Zzounds took care of everything. Within 2 days, I already had my replacement. Will definitely continue business with this company.
