I’ve been craving seafood, so when I was finally in the area, I knew I had to come here! The lunch special is priced well — $12.95 for lunch special boil, & is very filling. Lots of seafood & came with a side (I got garlic noodles).

The Cajun fries are to die for! Crispy & seasoned well.

Service was great! Our waiter Antonio was very attentive & answered our questions efficiently.

Will definitely come again.

Love the atmosphere, I Love the fresh seafood and other options. They could add some more deserts to the menu, though. The waiter Antonio was very nice, patient, and on point with our food. The setting inside is calm and peaceful. If you like seafood, this is the spot. You're also surrounded by other stores you can go inside and enjoy the culture.

I enjoyed coming here. It was my first time. I'm upset that I never got my servers name but she was amazing. She was timely informative. She wasn't overbearing. The food was exceptional. I do love their house sauce way better than the garlic butter that I got, but I did get a side of the house sauce. I have never seen clams that big so when ordering the clams half a pound or a full pound do be mindful that they're huge they are not the small ones that I'm used to but overall it was a great experience. It's nice and quaint Music is not too loud. You can still have a conversation with who you are with. It's not overbearing it's nice and intimate.

This place is amazing. I loved the service, food, and atmosphere. Thank you Katie(waitress)for your hospitality. We got the house sauce which was amazing with the seafood boil. I found this place through a YouTuber reviewing it. She was right on sayng this is a gem 💎 of a place. Thank you again for the delicious food and service.

Very nice spot and great food. Been here several times and will be coming back more. Can’t talk any better than saying this is a must go for anybody wanting to try some seafood in north Jersey.

Latisha was very professional and super helpful. She was attentive to my bf and I and she really knew the menu.I will request her again. The food was amazing and came out super hot and fast, the music was a great selection. I ate option D seafood boil with their special sauce and medium spicy. My bf who is a spice freak will be going alone to try the spicy by himself. Will def be going there

I absolutely love this place. Hands down my favorite place to eat in NJ coming from an NYC foodie!!! Also just came back from Louisiana and this was better than all the food I had there combined.

The seafood boil is an absolute must. I got the two pound combo with king crab and 1 pound of lobster with capt loui sauce with garlic noodles. Unfortunately, was so stuffed to try the desserts but im sure its amazing.
The service was also great. We were a party of 6 that walked in and got seated right away. We had the most friendly waitress named Kay and she was so enthusiastic about the food which made the experience better.

I definitely recommend this place for seafood its unmatched! It was all perfectly cooked: tender, filled with meat, and marinated to perfection.

Antonio was our waiter and he was fantastic! We ordered 2 lobster rolls, which we enjoyed. I also ordered 1/2 lb shrimp, head on with Cajun, which were a bit greasy but delicious. We also had one strawberry lemonade and one regular lemonade. We will definitely be back!!!

First time here after seeing and hearing so much about it. Did not miss!!!! The garlic noodles were sooo flavorful and you cant beat $1 oysters. It wasnt super crowded at dinner time 6-7pm which I really like. Nice music and ambience. The service was delightful. Very calm and welcoming staff and hosts. Our server Kay was helpful, honest, and patience so we will be coming back for sure! Only thing I would've loved to see were those little surgeon scissors to help cut the crab in those tricky spots. Other than that everything was great! The sauce was delicious!!!

We had the best experience at a seafood restaurant in a while. Our waiter Antonio was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was phenomenal! Super fresh and came out pretty quickly. We will definitely come back again soon.

Ro was such an amazing server! She was knowledgeable of the menu and patient while we figured out our orders. The entire crew/staff was very friendly and gave warm welcomes. I would recommend! And needless to say the food was fresh and seasoned to perfection.

Great atmosphere and amazing food! Server Kieron was the best server very polite guy and he is one to give you good recommendations and what to order. Everything he said was delicious!!! Will be back again soon!

Kay was amazing, super friendly and accommodating. We started off with a cup of clam chowder and it was just perfect.. the crab leg portions were very generous and flavorful.. everything was high quality at a great price. We will definitely be coming back with the whole family next time!

Great place for a nice seafood restaurant. Go as a couple or as family always great options for all with their combo or side dishes. Recomended. The service is nice, fast and attentive. I love the location in main street, just walking from home.

Worth the wait and the hype - usually no wait during quieter hours but be sure to reserve during peak times - the food was delicious and fresh, cooked perfectly with a deliciously famous Capt Loui seasoning - be sure to load up on the seafood for extra flavor in the boil, addd garlic noodles and some homemade lemonade for the full experience 🦞

Let me start with the fact that I LOOOOOOVE amazing service and this place has it! Kay was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door! She was knowledgeable of the menu and it seemed as if we ordered and she went to the back to cook it herself. The food came out quickly and was very fresh. This place is BYOB and the mock-tails they provide pair perfect with any spirit you bring. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks for making our Anniversary lunch a great one!

So many great things at this place! Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh & so flavorful! For dessert the funnel cake fries are amazing!

Hands down THE BEST experience of my life!!!!! I am obsessed with seafood boils and this was the best sauce and freshness I’ve encountered. The service here is amazing, we had Michael as our waiter and he was untimely the best. He recommended what sauce and how spicy to get it and it was perfect! He made sure at all times we were taken care of and overall made the experience so much better. The desserts are out of this world!!!The experience and vibe Cap’t Loui has literally makes this a hidden gem ♥
