Cove On Patoka

We have been going here for the last 4 years at least twice a year. We just happened to come across this place for an anniversary getaway so we could spend some quiet time on the lake for a few days. After our first trip we bought our own boat and started reserving a couple trips for the family as well as our anniversary trip every year. Well worth the 3.5 hr drive. Cabins are cozy, owners are great and the trip to the lake is short. We could not be happier here. You wont be disappointed!

The Cover is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the lake. It's right at the top of the little Patoka ramp. The accommodations are affordable, yet still nice and clean. Gary is a great host and the convince store comes in handy when you need ice, bait, or any last minute things you forgot. Will definitely be back for years to come.

This place is a hidden gem! If you like a quiet getaway with access to fishing, boat rental, and a convenience shop on-site, this is the place to be! The cabins are perfect for larger groups but can also accommodate smaller parties as well. Gary, the owner, is phenomenal. He caters to your every need. He will help with pretty much anything you ask for. For you grillers, there are charcoal pits at every cabin. Prices are very reasonable but the value is incredible. Thank you Gary and see you next summer!

We went there for couple of days and it was a dream, the can was very nice very spacious for big family or big group of friends, away from all the modern clutter and noise we found it peaceful and tranquil place.. lake is like 5 minutes walking distance.. Gary the owner and his family are nicest people.

I have forgot my Beats pill Bluetooth speaker in the cabin we were staying.. if you ever go there. Please leave it there let everyone enjoy some music in their stay

Beautiful area!! Staff is awesome! I was there with my grand babies and was fixing breakfast for them. I was out of pancake syrup! The little store was also out!! Staff member Nina actually went to her home and brought us her bottle. Jusr one example of the Above and beyond customer service we have received for the 3 summer I have spent there.

The lady is friendly and helpful. They give you plenty on minnows for your money.

Great place to stay. 500 yards from a ramp. You get treated like family. Nice little store to pick some general goods from. You tell Gary I sent you!

We go there several times a year , always have a blast ! Cabins are great ! One of our favorite vacation spots ! Would recommend Swartz's restaurant and the restaurant at the Lucas oil golf course , both are outstanding.

I love the cove it is right by the lake and has boat rentals and house rentals it is the best place ever!!! And of u want to go fishing the cove has bait shop 2!!!
