She told me and showed me what specific hairs she was removing, and recommended an amazing eyebrow pen that I purchased. I can’t wait to see Caitlin again. This was my daughter’s first experience in having her eyebrows shaped and Caitlin was amazing with her. She made her feel so comfortable about the whole process. She taught my daughter how to maintain her brows herself in between visits. The waxing was as painless as it could be.
