The halal menu has loads of meat options. You need to come here on an empty stomach. For about $45 per person they do not skimp out on the portions. You can order as many times as you like. There are lots of side options as well! Would definitely come back and cant wait for the grand opening in Astoria NYC!

Food and service was great here! We got the tofu soup with seafood and beef along with the signature fried chicken platter. The fried chicken had an intriguing curry flavor to the breading. I almost wish I asked for the sauce on the side, as it was difficult to transfer from the lettuce to the chicken and the chicken started to get soggy as I was eating.

Ignore the dumb 1-3 stars reviews they dont know what they are talking about. I drove 4 hours to try this Korean Bbq. We had a 10/10 experience.
This was our first time and our server James was kind enough not only to explain how AYCE BBQ works but he even cooked ALL the meat for us. He is the best server, period.
Very kind, very patient, did not rush us at all! Ask for him next time you dine in here.
Ok the food, all meat was super fresh, it tasted amazing, except for squid we tried everything on the menu. The sides are so delicious too.
90 mins is ample time to enjoy unlimited meat.
The best HALAL Korean BbQ EVER!!

I had been meaning to visit this establishment for quite a while, but never got the chance until now when a friend suggested we give it a shot. I had heard amazing things about the restaurant and those praises turned out to be correct. The establishment itself is actually two restaurants combined into one. I visited the Ugly Chicken section. Both are certified halal. I ordered the Korean Ugly sandwich with chicken on the side. The meal was so filling and everything was delicious. It was absolutely a great value for the meal as the amount of food ordered was enough to feed up to 3 people (individual sandwiches for ourselves and shared chicken on the side) . Even more impressive to me was the positive atmosphere and environment created by the staff. Brian, our waiter was incredibly polite and patient and explained his personal favorites on the menu and what he would recommend. Overall, I definitely encourage everybody to visit this restaurant whether it be with friends, family ex-wife, etc.

The only thing "Ugly" about this place was the name!

The best korean bbq place, if you like cast iron I highly recommend this place as the quality of meat is far better!! We personally order the halal menu and every time we come we’re never disappointed! Excellent food, amazing atmosphere and polite/kind staff. Best Korean bbq place in Jersey!

I ordered the Boneless chicken and It was so delicious especially with the yogurt ranch sauce and the korean sweet chili sauce.
I'm very picky with ordering chicken but I'm so happy I gave it a try and will definitely be back again!

We had the AYCE Halal menu. There were a variety of meat and poultry options. They explain well how we need to go about the order.

Things I loved in the AYCE menu were:
Spicy Beef Bulgogi
Thin Beef Brisket
Marinated top blade steak
Spicy chicken

In sides I liked : beef dumpling , veg fried rice , fried chicken (must try)

Traveling thru this town and decided to stop and eat. Great place. I had a to go order. Dont know much about this place but would recommend it to everybody. Come and try for yourself. Looks extra clean in the restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐🔥 Had to edit this review because I forgot to mention that kids get a discount by how tall they are. Rules are in the one photo I have posted. I thought that was kinda cool. Never seen a restaurant give discount to kids by how tall they are.

We loved the halal premium steak. Highly recommend the dry aged ribeye. Totally worth the price. The premium menu meats are also cooked for you. The corn and cheese side was great too. Didn’t love the cote buchae sal, but excited to try more from the premium menu next time.

Prime No. 7 Korean BBQ was the first time that went to and the meat choices and the sides were delicious. The Korean BBQ meat were excellent and the meat was juicy. So happy that it is halal and had such an amazing taste and flavor with the meat they offer for Korean BBQ and will be back at the Prime No. 7 Korean BBQ

I came here for lunch for the halal all you can eat Korean BBQ. Firstly, there are not many halal Korean BBQ places in the area, so if you’re interested in that, this is a must try. There are a variety of menu options and the portion sizes are great. I’ve had Korean BBQ in the past and I found the serving sizes here to be very generous in comparison to others. The food itself is well flavoured. The service was also top notch. I definitely plan on coming back here and would highly recommend for others as well.

had the absolute best time at prime tonight :) the portions were perfect and our servers were all so nice!! every single kbbq item that we had was delicious and we’re already planning our next date to come back for more. 110% recommend to anyone looking for a good meal out, especially if you’re looking for halal meat. the quality was incredible, there’s really nothing like it. must try!!!

As HALAL kbbq is pretty scarce, this place was a godsend for many halal eaters.

When you walk in they ask you whether you want halal or non halal. once you confirm they take you to the right side of the place. I like that they separated in two rooms and have two different kitchens.

We did the ALL you can eat (AYCE). The moment you order, you have only 2 hours and you must eat everything you order as takeout is not acceptable, so order responsibly!

The meat we had was beef bulgogi, brisket and spicy chicken and they were all delicious! Beef bulgogi was just mouthwatering and as someone who usually avoids chicken at kbbq, the spicy chicken was so tender and good.

we got rice, lettuce, tteokbokki and japchae as sides. The rice cakes and japchae were delicious.

Also i loved the carbonated Korean drinks they offered MILKIS. my favorite usually is the strawberry.

The only downside for me is that they’re pretty far from where i live. hoping they’ll open one in nyc!

So grateful to find such a tasty Korean restaurant that offers a halal menu. The food was fantastic and customer service was good too. They did have an automatic 20% gratuity so something to keep in mind if you’re looking into the price.

Everything was so delicious, service was so quick, we tried 4 type of meats, our favorite was marinated top blade steak ordered 2 times 😍

By far the best korean galbi in town. They have choice of A la carte bbq order as well as option for bbq and or sushi all you can eat

Prime No.7 BBQ is an All You Can Eat Korean Halal BBQ restaurant in Mahwah, NJ. They have the best South Korean extensive selection of grilled traditional Korean side dishes and fresh meat from Halal Certified Creekstone Farm, Greater Omaha, and Al-Aqsa. The ambiance is family friendly and they have separate utensils only used for the AYCE halal bbq. It’s an all you can eat $40 per person for about 2 hours. You have an order sheet you check off each round. Had to try the Marinated Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Beef Bulgogi, Blade Steak, Beef Small Intestine, Teriyaki Squid and of course there are Vegetables to Grill so many side options to choose from as well- Japchae, Beef Fried Dumpling, Boneless Fried Chicken, Spicy Stir-Fried Rice Cake and many more. Korean BBQ is an experience so do check it out.

My wife and I had a great time dining here. We had the all you can eat halal Korean BBQ. The meat was and veggies were very tasty; and portioned perfectly. Our server was excellent, attentive and brought us whatever we needed.

I’ve had this place on my “to go” list for sometime and I am glad we finally gave it a try! Food was delicious and fun to cook. Kids loved it. Fast and clean. Would definitely recommend.
