This Verizon store is by far the best! The customer service, the patience in explaining everything and then converting 2 phones was all super. They were spot on with how long it would take to transfer over the old phones to the new phones. Andy answered any and all questions that came up and even the next day when I had additional questions. Will always go back to this store for any issues and future phone purchases. It also helped that there was a great trade-in promotion currently going on, so it made the decision to upgrade the phones that much easier.

Highly recommend this Verizon store. Andy and Jackie were amazing. Extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. And they are very kind people. I had gone to another store right before this one, but they had refused to help with my particular issue because they claimed only a corporate store could help me. I decided to come to this Verizon in Wyckoff before going 30 minutes away to the nearest corporate location. Andy and Jackie immediately resolved my issue with no problem. They were welcoming and funny! This will be my go to Verizon store from now on.

THIS is the Verizon store to go to in Bergen County! They are fast, knowledgeable, and such kind people. I was done within an hour, (I’ve spent so much more time at other stores), they were really just so helpful and made the process of getting a new phone (and transfer alllll my info) so easy! THANK YOU!

I recently discovered this store and will be using them from now on. I am kind of a pain and ask a lot of questions I dealt with three different gentleman‘s. They were very helpful knowledgeable and professional also discovered that the previous location in Fairlawn never applied an $800 credit for a phone that was turned in. He also helped set up a replacement phone we received in the mail which they did not have to do it. Very highly recommend this location.

This week I finally upgraded my iPhone 7 to a 13 at this Verizon store. A big part of the reason I took so long to make the change was because, like many, I've detested working with Verizon over the years. The in-store experience has always been miserable and trying to work with customer service on the phone is brutal.

So, I am absolutely floored by the experience I had this week in Wyckoff. The two different employees I worked with were fast, efficient, and friendly. They made the whole experience painless. Safe to say I'll never visit a different Verizon store as long as I live in the area.

I can’t emphasize enough how amazing this Verizon store is. Andy and Mateen were absolutely amazing!! I love that when you call the number Andy answers right away there is no automated system! I was in such a rush trying to replace my dads business phone that was lost in the ocean in FL, minutes before. I called, Andy had everything ready for me when I arrived. Mateen helped activate the phone, set it up with a case and protector, and I was out the door within 5 minutes. I was able to have a replacement for my dad picking him up from the airport hours later. Hands down the best Verizon experience! Thanks again!!!

I've been getting my iphones here for myself and my family for several years now. Can't say enough good things about this place. We recently had some issues with one of our phones and both Andy and Mateen were very helpful in resolving the problem. I would highly recommend them for all of your wireless needs.

Shout out to Andy at Verizon Wyckoff. He went above and beyond for me when I had to replace my phone which got water damage during my vacation. Super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Jackie as well. This location is the best in Northern NJ. Wish they worked in Ventura, CA.

I would highly recommend this Verizon Wyckoff location for your wireless needs. Today I received outstanding customer service from Jackie!! He was knowledgeable, patient and and extremely informative. Moving forward this location will be my go to for all of my wireless needs!! There were two other sales people working who were also knowledgeable and helpful but I specifically dealt with Jackie.

OMG... These people here are beyond LIFE SAVERS!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPELL HIS NAME, but muhteen helped me... WOWOWOWOWOW... His partner in crime is Andy, and a very respectful gentleman as well... They play eurobeat on their phones here.... Reminds me of high school... I wish they were a medical practice.... I would entrust my whole body to them.... More efficient and effective and knowledgeable peeps.... NOWHERE!!!! thank u VZW for such a jaw dropping and positive experience.... I have 10 lines with VZW now an FOREVER because I feel like it's free (sic). Mind u, my monthly phone bill... Could afford a Lexus... No lie... It's about $493 a month....

We walked in because we had a problem with our email, normally we go to the store closer to our home but my husband had a doctors appointment around the area and i could no be happier with the experience. I was so impressed by the level of professionalism from Elvis, he walked us through everything and was so patient explaining why things weren't working properly. I have been to plenty of stores where i feel a little shy to ask for help because it feels like im bothering and i did not feel like this at all here. He was courteous, friendly, and an overall made this the best experience ive ever had.

I lost all the information on my phone, and i have no idea how the representative got everything back. He helped me reset my google password which i did not remember at all. The experience was the best ive gotten and at a cellphone place! The person who helped me out was a young man named Elvis who is the nicest representative ive ever had the pleasure of working with and he did not make me feel like a dinosaur when i asked him question about my device.

I went in to get help with my new smartphone that i regrettably did not purchase at this location, the young representative Elvis, went above and beyond helping me reset my passwords for my emails that i did not remember. At my age i feel a little silly asking questions but he made me feel at ease by saying "There are no stupid questions if you learn something by asking them". I am upset that i did not get the phone from him and got it elsewhere but i highly recommend this place to everyone.

I came here because i needed assistance with my email passwords, my apple id. I had no idea why everything was so mixed up. I never came here before, and i feel bad that i didnt buy my phone in the store, but Elvis is the most patient and helpful representative i have ever met. He fixed all my problems, even though he didnt have to and i will always come to this Verizon store because of him.

Excellent service. I needed a new phone ASAP and the turn time around including setup and data transfer took about 15 mins. I highly recommend these folks. First rate.

No need to drive to Rt. 17! the staff here, especially 'Mateen' are great.
