Diamonds by Dawn

My engagement ring was handed down from my grandmother to my mother, and then to me. I wanted to modernize it a bit to make it feel like “mine” and decided to do so by adding diamonds to the shank. I had gone to multiple jewelers with this idea; however, all of them said it was impossible to add diamonds to my current shank, and I would either need to purchase a new ring altogether or purchase an entirely new shank. Seeing as this ring is a family heirloom, that was out of the question. A few of my friends had traveled across the state to have their custom rings done by Dawn, and advised that, if anyone could solve my issue, it would be Dawn. They were right.

Dawn was lovely and took the time to get to know the background of my situation. She recommended that I add three diamonds to each side of the shank to pay homage to the three generations of women who wore the ring (an idea that I loved). Not only that, but she added diamonds to the current shank, and I did not have to replace any part of my ring!! Her prices were the best we had seen, and the ring came out better than I ever could have imagined.

I am so grateful that I went to Dawn. She truly is a miracle worker.

Dawn has been apart of our family through every milestone. She found a beautiful antique rare diamond for my engagement ring, created a beautiful wedding band and an anniversary band and has made every anniversary and birthday special. But today astonished me. I had a gold chain and monogram "J" that my grandfather gave to my grandmother before he left for Korea. It was so tarnished and destroyed i thought there was no hope. Dawn is such a caring individual when it comes to giving advice and educating her clients. No pressure sales and being able to take my time browsing is important to me. And I also like the unique pieces she offers! Her new shop is awesome!

I have a necklace that was too long with a charm that needed to be put on it. Called the store and Dawn (owner) said it can be done if I come over soon. So I did and was my first time at the store. The place is beautiful w/ lots of jewelry to choose from. Parking at the back of the building which is convenient considering that the place is on a busy road. Dawn helped me with the necklace repair at a good price and was done promptly. During my short wait, I fell for a beautiful heart necklace w/ diamonds in it with pink ribbon BC charm. I’ve been looking for a necklace like that for a while and had to buy it. Very happy with the purchase! Thank you for the great experience! Hope to come back soon.

I cannot begin to emphasize how positive of an experience I had at Diamonds by Dawn. Dawn is a family friend of my boyfriend's, and he and I visited her store shortly after Christmas looking to resize the ring he gifted me. Although we had never been in the store before, Dawn treated us very kindly and addressed the resizing of my ring immediately - it was ready within 20 minutes! Let me start by saying that Dawn is incredible at what she does. I went in yesterday morning after another jeweler had scratched and chipped my engagement ring during a simple resize, with no offer to fix it. A shot in the dark, I found Dawn’s on google and her reviews made my decision very easy. Dawn and her staff could not have been more open, welcoming and kind. She is so accommodating and truly wanted the best for my situation. It was like I had known them for 30 years. She fixed my ring and made it look BRAND NEW again. My fiancé and I visited Dawn’s store seeking wedding bands. We had the stores full attention; Dawn immediately started pulling band options for my fiancé and Vicky jumped to size my finger and show me options. The two of them are the dynamic duo! We hadn’t felt this cared for and this important at any other jeweler we visited. We absolutely will be back for future jewelry needs… 10/10 would recommend!

Dawn and her staff are amazing, they consistently go above and beyond. Dawn fixed my late grandmother's pearl ring with the utmost care. The ladies make you feel more like family than a customer. Highly recommend for all your jewelry.

I took my engagement ring to Dawn becuase I was board of looking at my ring which was a solitaire diamond with side baguettes. We decided on a double row haleo. I am speechless!
