I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Plus they followed up after to check in. And we’re kind to every customer who walked through the door.

Came here to get my (work!) computer screen fixed- they were fast, efficient, and helped prioritize the job since I was unable to work without it. Reasonable price. Very nice staff- worked with Irvin who made it happen for me! Very appreciative.

This place was amazing, Irving is a professional and excellent customer service. I had a multi-cracked iphone, and he replaced, installed and flawless job with in 40 minutes, price was right. I brought them an ipad I thought could not be reclaimed because of a completely shattered display. Irvin told me it was a bit of a gamble to attempt to repair it because the ipad's frame was bent. I put my faith in him and he repaid it in spades. He replaced the screen and it is now better than it was before the screen was shattered. He has my lifetime business and support from now on.

Efficient. Knowledgeable. Polite with no verbose, fluffy niceties. No beurocracy to deal with. They are patient but all about going surgical to get the problem solved. I love this service. Worth every penny!

My mother-in-law originally brought her laptop to BestBuy to be checked out. They wanted to charge her an arm and a leg for the hard drive when that ultimately wasn’t the problem. Bergen Computer Solutions was amazing and helped her for a fraction of the price that BestBuy wanted. On top of that, when I picked up the laptop for her with my 7 month old son they went above and beyond to help us out. They held the door and helped me get the stroller over the slight lip in their doorway. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. They will have our business moving forward. Highly recommend coming here if you have an older smartphone that needs repair. They fixed the speaker on my iPhone8 within one hour, had the part in stock, and I was on my way. Apple will overcharge in hopes of you replacing the phone, and places like Best Buy don’t even have the right components in stock for older phones.

This place is great. Staff is and honest with what repairs you need. Good prices too for repairs in comparison to sending it out somewhere (HP, Dell, Apple, etc). My computer looks as good as new…thank you!

I was having computer issues, and originally brought my lap top to Best Buy (where the lap top was purchased). They said they would need to send my computer away for an estimated 3-4 weeks. I had also called three other places and left messages where my calls were not returned same day.

Bergen Computer Solutions took me immediately, and had my computer back up and running same day! Highly recommend. If I have any issues in the future, I will be returning.

Very good. Had water damage to my Mac Air in which I was told would cost me around $700 to fix through Apple. These guys did it in 1 day for under $230. Very impressed and fully recommend!

Not just for the computer illiterate. I went in because I tore apart an extreme SFF build and couldn't be bothered to get it back together properly or troubleshoot it. They messed with it maaaany times, communicated well and even patiently waited for me to get parts I needed to get a working machine. Go in and speak the language and you'll only make friends. Big shout out to the GM Jeff for the discounts and to everyone else for all the help. I'm looking for a reason to get back in there.
