I was looking to have my engagement ring reset. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t quite sure how to accomplish it. I met with Laura who is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She explained the process and we worked together for the best outcome. She never tried to upsell me. From the moment I walked into their store they greeted me and took the time to get to know me. They are truly wonderful. I am so happy with the final result. A customer for life!

Stopped in today for a little watch adjustment. The lady at the counter was super friendly. She adjusted my watch and refused to take any money. She said just “come back”. At a time when it seems like customer service has dropped off it’s refreshing to see there’s businesses that still value the customer. Definitely will be back.

My husband & I recently had our wedding bands re-sized at Adrian Jewelers. 14K White Gold with diamonds & engraved inscription inside. We were nervous, but Adrian Jewelers does have a top notch & trustworthy reputation. The entire staff made the process such a wonderful experience. We felt like we were getting married again! THE BEST! For the past 8 years my boyfriend (now fiancé) had been going to Dominick and Laura at Adrian to help pick out amazing jewelry for me every year for Christmas. Each year was better than the next! Unbeknownst to me Jeff started working with them to pick out and design an engagement ring in 2020. They found a one of a kind band and made it into the most perfect ring for me! Jeff was also given my mother’s, my grandmothers, and my great aunts engagement rings to use if he wanted towards the ring. But they instead came up with an even better surprise! They made a necklace with all three diamonds as a Christmas surprise for me! Everyone at this jewelry store honestly care about the customer and as someone who sold jewelry most of her life, they do PHENOMENAL quality work!

AMAZING customer service.. I went in with a custom request for engraving and they turned it around in hours! what was a big ask for not having purchased the item through them, they didn't hesitate to help and make it happen. I truly recommend :)
