My husband and I went to Devon Jewelers to have my engagement ring made larger due to swelling from a medical issue.
We had the privilege of working with Kathy and by the time we left the store, we decided to reset my Diamond in a magnificent new updated
Setting for my 25th Wedding Anniversary.
It was a sincere joy to be a client of Kathy at Devon. We had no intention of resetting my ring however with Kathy’s expertise and endearing personality, we made the decision.

There are no words to describe the outstanding experience we had and how excited I am to wear my new ring.

I am more than happy to tell anyone who will listen about my family's experience with Devon. Honestly, when I first walked in with my mom it was really just to get an idea of what she liked -- which turned out to be diamond earrings. I thought to myself, like most people do, that I would find way better prices and selection in New York. Well, all of that changed when I sat down with Jason for the second time and he gave me a true understanding of what I was after. He knew I was shopping around but regardless of who I eventually bought from, he wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing and able to make the best purchase possible. He cared so much that he was willing to spend a good chunk of his valuable time with me to give me a seriously amazing crash course in the very complex art that is buying diamonds. Long story short, I did go to New York -- and then I went back to Jason. There was no doubt in my mind (or more importantly, my father's mind) that Jason went above and beyond to find the perfect stones for my mom. The amount of time and effort he put in and his willingness to work with us just blew us away. It was a great experience and I doubt we'll ever feel the need to shop elsewhere as long as Jason and Nancy (The Owner) are there for us at Devon. We can't thank you all enough! You're the best.

I have had a few pieces re-made here as well as purchased a new engagement and wedding ring when I destroyed my own set. My husband got his platinum ring sized and it is perfect. The store has a lot of different and colorful pieces and is not like a typical store, so it is a joy to be there.

Devon is my go to jeweler! I love popping into select great pieces for my friends who are having milestone birthdays, because the selection of colored gemstone jewelry is amazing and has so many price points that I can always find something... and I always leaving a wishlist for myself as well 😊

Shopping for jewelry at Devon is always a great experience. I purchased a pair of gold vermeil ear rings today that are unique and one of a kind. Nancy and her staff are always accommodating, no matter what your budget or taste. They are atypical in that you don't feel intimidated walking into a jewelry store and being overwhelmed. Walking in with little to no knowledge of engagement rings, Jason walked me through everything I needed to know without ever making me feel pressured into making a purchase. The best example I can give is when it came to picking a diamond. I knew the cut I and carat size I was looking for that would fit into my budget, but didn’t know what kind of clarity or color looked best. Instead of suggesting anything, Jason let me choose it on my own by laying out sets of 3 diamonds at a time and letting me pick which ones I liked and that were all in my price range. All in all, he probably showed me over 12 different diamonds of varying clarities and colors - all of them were absolutely stunning but seeing them and comparing them together helped me so much in making my decision. In the end, I found the perfect diamond and setting to go together and the FIANCÉE could not be happier with the results!
