I am so pleased to confidently recommend Amy and A Whiting Flower Shoppe! I live far away and have ordered over the phone twice to send arrangements to family in the area, for both a happy occasion and a difficult hospital stay. Both times I have been so pleased by every aspect — ease of ordering, options available in my budget, great customer service, same-day delivery, and beautiful long-lasting arrangements that the recipients loved. I was able to give Amy a few notes about what the recipient would like and she made suggestions and executed custom arrangements with lovely personalized flourishes. This most recent arrangement really brightened someone’s day during a tough time. I am grateful and sincerely offer my highest recommendation.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement today chock full of assorted flowers, roses, hydrangeas, zinnias, large carnations and several other flowers, greenery and a satin bow. All are very fresh in a large glass vase. I can't say enough about the quality and beauty of this arrangement. I recently moved to the Whiting area and will be using Whiting flower shoppe for all of my future florist needs and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Tracy did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding flowers! She made it so easy and very low stress as I was planning my wedding from a distance. We wanted to order some last-minute Christmas flowers for our parents, but left it too late and only had the "designer's choice" option online. So I called the store Monday and Tracy took care of everything, saying she would make the arrangement we wanted. The flowers were delivered the next day and Mom was thrilled with how beautiful they were. From the picture they sent, it was even better than what we were expecting from what we saw online. It was great that they phoned before delivering the flowers, to make sure they were around to accept the delivery. Thank you for helping to bring some joy during the pandemic when we can't be together in person for Christmas. We'd give you six stars if we could!

I stopped in today to purchase an arrangement for my daughter as today is her birthday. I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped me but she was great. She put together an arrangement of sunflowers, tulips, roses and gladiolus that was just beautiful. Very happy and will definitely buy flowers from there again.

Ordering a custom arrangement for delivery from the shop online was extremely easy (just as easy as the pre-planned arrangements you can choose from). They feel reasonably priced compared to other delivery services, and much better quality.

The shop was extremely communicative about the flower selection and my requests.

And, most importantly, the custom arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

I asked them to make an arrangement that was full of life and color, for our occasion, and they did a fantastic job. It had a great blend of healthy, open buds and opening ones (it was beautiful and full when it arrived and has only gotten even better over the last several days), and will clearly last at lot longer than you usually get with cut flower arrangements. (Very impressed, especially given it's mid-winter)

Update Aug2023: I so appreciate this business. Great care is taken with each order, beautiful flower arrangements! This is one way I can keep in touch with my loved one from far away.... Tracy is wonderful to deal with, and has delivered EVERY time. So thankful I found her!!! Best service ever! Appreciate the thought and care that goes into each arrangement! I send flowers a few times a year, and frankly have had a few bad experiences. The Flower Shoppe has ALWAYS delivered above my expectations!

I’m completely satisfied. I saw something online and loved it. When I called no one answered; that is too stressful. I sent the photo to Tracy at the Whiting Flower Shoppe. Tracy recreated it better than the photo and delivered it herself. Once I gave her the order I could check it off the list of things to do because I knew she’d come through with flying colors and she did.

About a month ago, I needed a flower arrangement for my great Aunt’s 93rd birthday and didn’t know where to call because she just moved into an assisted living place in Whiting. Thanks to Google, I found the PERFECT place, Whiting Flower Shoppe. They were just about to close for the day when a very friendly woman Tracy answered the phone and graciously accepted my order at the last minute.
